I was updated regarding a couple of…

I was updated regarding a couple of things I did not realize was available for us to see in LEX website, which is so helpful, and we were also having a titch of trouble with phone calls going in the wrong directions, which the CSR dug deeper for us and figure all of that out for us... Rock Stars!

Excellent

I've worked with a couple of other answering services in the past. The software and integrations with my case management system are great. There is also an excellent process to monitor the agents and give feedback, so you can improve the service for all.
