I visited Lexus last Thursday to have tailored security protection plates installed to enhance the safeguarding of my RX Lexus, and I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service I received. The experience was truly outstanding, thanks to the remarkable customer service and, most importantly, the outstanding attention I received from Tracie Clark.



Tracie went above and beyond to ensure my visit was not only productive but also as comfortable as possible. Her dedication and professionalism left a lasting impression on me. Cannot knock the service from all the staff. I used to get the curtesy car, but now drop the car off & wait in the showroom.

Tracie Clark is very helpful with all customers who arrive for either purchasing a new vehicle or for their car service and MOT while they wait. She will always keep checking on you if you would like Tea/coffee or water. Thank you for your hard work.

There's alot to learn & decide on when buying a new car. We were fortunate to be assisted by Poppy Walker who was patient & willing to spend time explaining the many features & workings of the new car. Also impressively, Poppy was happy to refer to her Manager if she was unsure of an answer.Also, nice to receive follow up contact from Poppy after we'd bought our new car.
