Shouting all my gratitude to Alex K in Woodford. Hes been my go to person for all my cars and has been a godsend. This time round i defo ordered my new car based on his trust with colour and style and as ive been with lexus for many years now Alex knows exactly the kind of cars i like. He smashed it for the 5th time and got it spot on. Loving every bit of my car and especially the interior colour. Thank you again Alex :)

Tracie at Reception greeted me and looked after my needs whilst I waited for the second key on my Lexus to be programmed.
Likewise the service adviser Charlotte and technician Neil were just as attentive and efficient.

Very friendly and welcoming. Perhaps the first time I was allowed to browse all the cars in the dealership on my own, while being pampered by Tracie with coffee, tea, biscuits and water.

Friendly, welding team. Loved the video from the technician. Not overly pushy selling items and add ons that’s totally up to me but all explained well. Great experience with a great service package for the next couple of services.

From the moment I received the Quotation to taking delivery of the car everything along the way has been smooth, friendly and professional delivering what was promised earlier than the original delivery date.
Erol who I have dealt with through the whole process has been great nothing has been to much trouble, he ran through everything on the day of collection very thoroughly with a follow up call 2 days later.
I travelled from Doncaster to London to collect the car and it was worth it, I was greeted and made very welcomed. I would hesitate to purchase another car from them in the future.

Came up with a very competitive deal, and even though we had to wait for the factory order, Erol phoned every month keeping us up to date on the cars status.
