Sparkling lights
Arrived quickly in appropriate amount of packaging. The lights were up and working quickly. They twinkle beautifully and I have received many compliments. I am super pleased with these lights, they bring a twinkle of happiness and joy into these grey days!

I ordered 2 items and they gave me a code for 10% off discount but it did not work. They said it will send in my account in few days. But it's already 4 weeks and I have not received my refund for discount.I asked them 3 times but still no answer from them. I am not happy with them.It took them 3 weeks to deliver my orders. I will not recommend this company to my friends. Their service to the customers are not good.

Two beautiful sets as ordered
I ordered two beautiful decorative pieces and 3 bedding sets for my parents and had a little caution that they might not look exactly the same, but I was wrong all sets are extremely beautiful and made with quality materials and fabrics same as for the embroidery and on top the cotton is so soft. Each cale well packed to avoid any damage during the shipping. Thank you and surely I will be buying more

Quality is average compared to the price that you pay for it. Return process is horrible. I didn’t like one of the products and tried to return it and return address was of Paris, France and charges for shipping back were >60% of the product price.So, please don’t waste your money until and unless you are absolutely sure that you want the product.

Beautiful decoration pieces
These are beautiful decoration pieces. I very much like them. I put one on my piano and another in my decor shelf. The only thing I would have loved to be improved is that the bottoms of these are rough and without anything underneath them, they will scratch polished surfaces like a piano.

Product came broken and you dont want to take ownership
I purchased 2 items(swan set and galloping horses), Galloping horses was good and I decided to keep that.
Swan set - came broken and the quality is really really bad - not worthy to be kept as a decorative item at any home, very bad painting and the overall look of the product was not worth the money I paid. So I decided to return it. When I reached out to customer service, they were willing to issue a refund but refused to give me a return label, stating the I have to pay for the return shipment. The cost of the return shipment from US to France is as good as the cost of the product. In what way, is this fair? Return just because the product is broken and of bad quality. I am returning without a reason. So why should pay for return shipment? When I questioned this, I did not get any proper response. I want a refund for the swan set.

In-box packaging was great, kept everything very safe. The box itself was pretty flimsy and was bashed up when it arrived. Contents were undamaged because the in-box packaging was great.
I would definitely order from them again.

Please beware. This company is not from USA. They ship all their stuff from China. I attempted returning something that I bought as it did not match with rest of my decor and they asked me to ship it to a place in Paris, France and the cost of shipping was almost 60% of the price of the product. So, it is not worth ordering stuff from them until you know 100% that you will be pleased with the product.

Not the expected quality and not happy
I ordered a Peacock Dancers Decorative Set and the quality was not as promised. The weight of each was mentioned approx 3 lbs/1.4 kgs each but each piece was hardly 500 gms. The pieces were supposed to be heavy to make them stand but they are so light weight.

The sculptures are beautiful
The sculptures are beautiful, the company was responsive when I asked questions about the status of the order. The only reason I am taking a star away is because it took forever to get it, almost 3 months. Other than that, the art is stunning and the customer service is responsive.
