i did not receive my order yet. there was a zip code wrong. i totally understand it is my mistake. But i came to know that after usps sent back to sender. by the time i reach usps, items is not with them. i wish you guys hold it for me at least one day so that i can go and pickup because you get notifications. you guys did not help me in any way after. Still i don't have piece or money. i got simple answer from you guys that, sorry we don't care any more. at least you guys should have some alternative, me paying for next time shipping or i will order another piece and you can ship both items along with that. you just kept my item and money both. i requested many times, i got answer is simple no. Not at all acceptable.

Please note that your doorstep USPS delivery was expected but they couldn't reach out to you in order to arrange it. Your local courier was holding the package for several days before advising you about the return.

Not happy with the quality of items received
Not happy with the item received. The pictures posted on website are either strategically taken to hide poor craftmanship or they have sent me poor knock-offs.
Regardless, my money is down the drain. The items will probably go in trash. They probably already know that customers won't be happy and would like to return, that is why they don't take returns.
Beware, stay away and save your money.

It is funny that no one was cooperative and responding during the 30 days of return window. I left messages multiple times during the said 30 day window. I didn't even receive any response on this feedback till months after the return window was closed. I felt cheated and decided to throw the piece in a corner of our house where it would not be a sore to my eyes every single day. And now I get a response about return when the company knows the return window is closed. Funny how things start moving when item is not eligible for return any more.
Would still recommend to STAY AWAY and and Do NOT get cheated out of you $$. Tricks with Photography and angles while taking photographs is what will get you.
