I ordered the Lhanel to start my homework workout routines. I love how versatile it is in workouts and doesn’t just target on one part of the body. I have used it a few times now and have nothing bad to say about it because I love everything about the workout videos and my Lhanel gear.

Love it! I’m on day 2 and can already feel the burn. I can’t wait to see my results on day 30!

The board is Amazing

My experience with Lhanel has been great so far! The ordering process went smoothly and I received my order on time. All od the items such as my pilates socks, waist trainer, and the training guide were included. I'm really excited to start my pilates journey! Thank you Lhanel!

I just received my Pilates reformer set and it is AMAZING! I’ve only used it 3 times and I’m already seeing a difference. Summer body loading!!🥰

I love my pilates board! After seeing ads for quite some time, I decided to give it a shot & I'm happy I did! The board is good quality for the price you are paying & they throw in a bunch of fun free gifts to top it off which is always nice.

I will say, the board I received was not the board that I saw in the ad (and the one I thought I was getting). There were a few differences: the handles for the resistance bands did not double as push up handles (and there were no slots for push up handles); additionally, with the board I received, you cannot hook both resistance handles to one side (this was possible on the board in the ad); lastly, there was a free phone holder advertised that I also did not receive. I reached out to customer service & they were very quick to respond. They explained that I had actually received the upgraded version of the board & that they were no longer selling the one that was in the ad/on their site at the time.

I was super disappointed and expressed it. They offered to give me a discount on my order or send me one of the "old boards" if I really wanted it (but warned that the board I have is better). I opted to have the old board sent because I really wanted to be able to attach both resistance bands on the same side for certain exercises as well as the push up handles. They sent me the "old" board & it arrived very quickly.

The rep was 100% right --- the first board I received is indeed far superior. The "old" board catches at the crease where it folds when sliding back & forth which is unbelievably annoying. The foam pads/handles for the sliders are also visibly and tangibly cheaper -- the new board is much sturdier, does not catch when sliding & is made from better materials all around. Even the stopwatch/timer with the "old" board was visibly/tangibly cheaper and poorly made. That being said, I am still happy to have both --- I use the "old" board when I want/need the bands on the same side and if I am using the push up handles and the new board for everything else.

When they designed the new board, I wish they would have kept the hooks/ability to attach both resistance handles on the same side and also the "convertible" push up handles (note: it would be amazing if those handles were also foam vs hard plastic).

All-in-all I am very happy with my purchase & would recommend this board to anyone who is thinking of giving it a try. The workouts can be quite tough --- KILLER CORE!!! I also love that it helps ensure you are really working your muscles -- there is no cheating with this thing!! There are tons of workouts on YouTube to try out and the board itself comes with a few as well.

My reformer arrived quickly in perfect working order. When I did have questions they always answered my email right away. I would buy from them again!

The Pilates reformer is solid, arrived as expected. Delivery was 5 days, well packed. Did not receive gift card with delivery,I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive.

The product shipped quickly it is not very smooth, but hopefully in time that will improve. It is not as sturdy as I was hoping for.

This machine is so great and compact. Feels great to know you can get a full body workout with such a small machine . Makes me look forward to working out.

I purchased nearly 5months ago now, and still absolutely love using the Lhanel Pilates board.

Everything was as it was shown. Customer service was quick & helpful when I emailed them with a problem. Super excited to see what this can do for me!

The machine really does use your weight plus resistance for the workout. Plus, customer service is wonderful as well. I emailed them for not receiving one of the free add ons and they graciously assisted me. Everything look exactly as it does on the site, and the exercises that come with it are explained very well. Once they are done correctly, you feel it.

Prompt responses to issues and or inquiries.

First of all, there was some confusion on my part and the customer service team was amazing in clarifying and explaining things. They are kind, considerate, and understanding. Kris, Lynn, Shane- all responded at different points and were all consistent in their kindness and answering my questions. Really impressed!! Secondly, the machine. Wow, was not sure what to expect and after one use I can feel the difference this is going to make! The videos are easy to follow, the board is easy to store, and I really like the flexibility of how long I want to workout- and what intensity. 5 Stars!

I received my order in a timely fashion, but did not receive my gift card. I sent a email to customer service in regards to the issue and received a quick response and my issue was resolved! I also love my work out equipment and can’t wait to see the results!!
