Fast customer service, love the product and videos!

Just got my order! Quick and easy delivery! Really easy to use product. Can't wait to see results!

My Pilates Reformer Set got held up in the post for a few days longer than usual but Lhanel customer service tracked my parcel and it was sorted out very quickly. The Pilates board I have to say is excellent, it’s a very hard exercise for me because my stomach is the weakest part but the board is SO easy to use. If your not used to Pilates it’s best to start on the beginners routine and make sure your bladder is empty. The videos are a must to watch so you get the exercise exactly right for the true benefit. Have to say the board is worth every penny and the free extras like the knee board, socks and belt all get used, very useful. My stomach is hurting after just one session and it’s so much (less) stress on the back than doing normal sit-ups laying on your back. A really A1 piece of equipment!

Now I can work out at home in privacy and they give directions how to use everything too.

Customer service is great. Sometimes that hard to find these days.

I had an issue with customs, and the team worked really well on getting back to me about any issues and resolving my issue as well. Great team! I will continue to use them for workout gear.

One day I started getting all these tik tok and instagram adds on this amazing product. I started doing my research and reading into it. I saw that it was compact and didn't require a lot of storage space so that was a huge thing for me. It was an affordable one time fee and I will have the flexibility to use it at home at any time. I received it and began using it. I really enjoy it and it makes me feel sore when I am done so you know it's a great workout. I will continue using it to get to my desired physical results. Check it out, you won't regret it

The pad won’t move smoothly. Asked for a return right away- they have been continuously asking for more videos of me using the machine to figure out what’s wrong. I’m sure just hoping I’ll just give in and stop trying. I have been trying to get a refund since December. Don’t buy it. It’s cheaply made and the plastic catches at the seam. Look at their refund policy too- you have to pay for shipping back even though it’s a faulty machine and not your fault.

I had a trouble with shipping; however, the company was very good about answering my emails and making the mistake right. The product arrived just as expected and I am very pleased with it.

It's a great board. I have been using it everyday. It comes with digital workouts, so I can see my progress doing the same exercises over time.

I was excited to purchase this mini Pilates product from Lhanel. There were issues with shipping and their customer support service was outstanding. They were so helpful and understanding. My order was shipped out surprisingly fast. I think I got 2 days after I placed my order. Already started using it and yes my chest and arms are sore from upper body work I usually skip.

But overall really loving the product!

I love my Pilates board. I haven’t worked out in over 6 years. This was great for easing back into my fitness journey and I use it consistently and love the results! If you’re on the fence about buying, it pays for its worth in 10 workouts in my opinion. Highly recommend this product!

I can’t review the product since I canceled the order after raising an issue on no delivery information. Once I raised the problem customer service responded to my emails.

Board appears cheaply made for $150, ordering process was smooth and shipped relatively quickly. It moves fine without many issues, so we will see how this applies in the future.
