Tracy Geiger was my assigned coach and she was incredible. Our weekly meetings allowed me to update my resume as well as how to use social media to my advantage.

A wide array of information is brought forth and importantly includes live online events for real-time interactive learning. LHH succeeds in its effort to balance AI interactive tools with offerings that are more traditional... and the AI tools are well-vetted (actually useful!) The one-on-one coaching is also very helpful and every candidate should take advantage of it! Many of LHH's team members have many years of recruiting experience and are clear about how the field of job search and candidate harvesting has evolved in recent years.

I joined the LHH career transition program at a time when I felt uncertain, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to expect. I quickly learned how impactful this program could be. The webinars became a cornerstone of my routine. The hosts are excellent, the content is practical, and the small group breakout rooms created a supportive environment where people genuinely help one another. The structure and consistency gave me momentum on days when motivation was hard to find.

One of the biggest surprises was how powerful the networking component turned out to be. Through the webinars, URL sharing, and meet and greets, I went from about 60 LinkedIn connections to over 600 in just two months. I’ve met people locally and globally, joined small focus groups, and even connected with peers in Canada who I now have on my passport ready list. These aren’t just short-term contacts. They are relationships I will carry forward throughout my career. I’ve even shared what I’ve learned with family and friends so they can strengthen their own LinkedIn presence before they ever need it.

The coaching and resume support were equally outstanding. The guidance helped me rebuild confidence, clarify my direction, and navigate my transition with far more clarity than I expected. Every part of the program, including the tools, the structure, and the encouragement, worked together to create real progress at a time when it mattered most.
