Amazing and crucial service for any job seeker

Due to a redundancy from a company I'd been working at for 26 years, the prospect of facing the whole recruitment cycle from scratch was a daunting one. I have no idea what a CV should look like in the current job market, in fact, no idea what the job market looked like at all in 2026. The help I received from LHH and my career coach Daniella Goldman awas amazing. They really care about supporting candidates and I really do not think I would have been able to succeed in finding a job without the amazing service they provided.

As someone who has been let go after 7 years suffering clinical depression, they dont care.

As someone who has been let go after 7 years, having near suicidal case of clinical depression, I postponed as much as I could and it just expired. I wasn't ready to take up the challenge and needed some recovery time and the 3 months of coaching expired provided by my old employer. I used none of your resources. no empathy for the Sick 0/10

Positive Experience

I was very pleased with the service provided by LHH as an outplacement firm after my layoff. The one-on-one coaching was just at the right level for me. The wealth of available resources (live and recorded webinars, documents, tools) was very useful to me. I felt I gained good tools to use in my job search.

LHH Advisor is Awesome

My advisor Lisa was very knowledgeable in the steps and actions needed to find a job. She provided guidance through one of the most challenging time in my life. Pease recognize Lisa for job well done. I give her a lot of credit for the inspiration not to give up resulting in landing a great job.

I was referred to LLH through Amazon…

I was referred to LLH through Amazon following the closure of the LTN1 depot, as part of a support package to help affected employees find new employment. Unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing and I feel the service they claim to provide simply does not exist in practice.

After registering, I received two emails. The first contained login details for a new account that never worked — and even attempting a password reset led nowhere. The second email notified me of a scheduled phone appointment, but included only a date with no time whatsoever, making it impossible to prepare or be available. Unsurprisingly, that call never took place.

Since then, I have been completely unable to reach anyone at LLH. No follow-up, no support, no response — nothing. For people who have just lost their jobs and are relying on this service during a difficult time, this level of negligence is unacceptable.

It is my honest opinion that LLH is presenting itself as offering a professional outplacement service while delivering absolutely nothing. I would strongly caution anyone in a similar situation not to rely on this company for genuine support.

I really enjoyed the classes I attended; they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I especially loved having a career coach named Nicole Dunbar. I really needed someone I could have accountability with and discuss ideas and methods that helped me stay focus on my career search.

I want to share how impactful the LHH…

I want to share how impactful the LHH career transition program has been for me during one of the most challenging moments in my career. When I first entered the program, I’ll admit I was skeptical and unsure of what it was supposed to do or how it could help me find my next role. I wasn’t even sure where to begin.
That changed quickly.
The résumé support was my first introduction to the process, and it immediately set a strong foundation. From there, I began attending the webinars — constantly. Some of them I took more than once, and each time I walked away with something new. The quality of the content and the practicality of the guidance made a real difference.
The one on one time with the career coach and the personalized résumé guidance were outstanding. Over time, everything started to come together. The tools, the structure, the coaching, and the steady encouragement helped me rebuild my confidence and navigate a difficult transition with clarity instead of fear.
As someone later in his career and not the most technical person, I had a lot to learn. LHH gave me the resources, support, and confidence to move forward. I highly recommend this program to anyone going through a career transition. It truly made a meaningful difference for me, and I’m happy to share that I have now found a new job.

Compassion and Humanity

During a stressful time in my life, LHH provided guidance, resources, and tools to help me adapt and thrive with the change. Most importantly, LHH provided much needed human connection and compassion. It was an invaluable experience.

My experience with LHH has been…

My experience with LHH has been anything but amazing, thanks to my mentor - Mr. Johnathan Rockwood. He was prompt with scheduling meetings and going over critical points that mattered in my job search. He helped me think in a positive and ambitious way, offering support for resume review, what/what not to talk during phone screens, salary negotiations and picking what offer works best. I liked the fact that he motivated staying healthy and having good mental health to score right in interviews.

Position eliminated after 20 years

My position was being eliminated after 20 years at the company. I was stressed and very unsure what to do. My initial consultation was a little demoralizing because the LHH representative did not even appear on camera. The conversation was so broad it added little value, starting a business or elevator pitches. I did not hear anything I did not hear earlier in my career. The consult did not feel meaningful and therefore I did not sign up for additional resources. Perhaps I missed out.
