We're really sorry to hear that you did not receive your order in time for your holiday. Upon further investigation we note that you ordered on the Saturday and due to the Bank Holiday weekend your order was shipped on Tuesday the 3rd and you selected our No Rush 3-5 days delivery service. It would appear that Royal Mail has let you down on their published timescales for the delivery option you selected.
On each product page we do clearly display when your order will ship depending on the time of day, and, indeed the day of the week and take bank holidays etc. into account in that shipping window. Generally, orders received by 4pm Monday to Friday will ship the same day (as denoted by the timer on the product page)
We would urge customers who need their order in a hurry or for a specific day to use the 1st Class (1-2 days) option or the guaranteed Special Delivery option to ensure they receive their order before or at least by the time they need it.

As you can see from the other glowing reviews here this is out of the norm and we will investigate further with Royal Mail on your behalf as to what went wrong on this occasion.
Once again we are sorry that Royal Mail has let you down but do hope that you still have a lovely holiday despite being without your Corona Grandes cigars.
