The end to end process was simple and really efficient and the added bonus of a free will made it all the more worthwhile saving me approx £150. Very professional and helpful staff throughout the whole process.

The Will itself is vey professionally written.
The process to do so though is very impersonal. You have just a few boxes to fill in and it feels rushed, especially if you have never done this sort of thing before. Not really enough space on the forms to put everything g you want to put.

I found the whole process takes a very long time up to now I don't even know if it's complete or not I phoned a week ago asking what to do with the policy I have and someone was supposed to call me back but it's now over a week I have not heard anything from anyone.

Easy enough to read through. Not enough spaces and tick boxes for all your requirements though. Seemed a very clinical form and you couldn’t personalise it.
