I ordered 2 dresses earlier in December 2025 but they only arrived just before Christmas . Firstly there was no information or return slip in packaging so I didnt know who to contact or where to return the dresses to. Despite using their sizing chart the dresses were a size too small. I looked them up on line but there a couple of stores who no longer stocked Libertine..over two years since stocking..
I emailed an address and was told I had 24 hours to let them know that I wanted to return them so I could not get a refund for them. Because I liked the wrap around dress I hoped that if I ordered the bigger size in 2 different colours they could do a swap..credit note for first two dresses would hopefully cover second two dresses. I said do not process the order or send anything until they had agreed with my request. They sent a further two dresses and NEVER contacted me despite multiple efforts. I would NEVER recommend this company. I got a thankyou for purchasing from NZ company with second order but still no way to communicate effectively with them. I question if Libertine is actually a NZ company. In total I paid $700-$800 for two orders of 2 dresses in each order and 2 were of no use to me
This was an EXPENSIVE lesson.
