Updated review with upgraded rating

A year ago I reviewed Liberty Bank in the Republic of Georgia with a four-star rating on TrustPilot. Now I am upgrading my rating to five stars. I re-affirm all the good things I wrote about them. But I withdraw my two complaints. Since then, they have a new correspondent bank relationship which allows normal SWIFT transfers to and from US banks (and most other countries). Also, I have been experiencing better service in my local branch (though I don't need to go there very often). In addition, my Liberty Visa Infinite debit card now has a remarkable number of valuable perks and advantages over most cards worldwide. Go, Liberty!
