I recently purchased a warranty for my…

I recently purchased a warranty for my 2014 Range Rover Sport. I took my vehicle in for a recall and mentioned to my service tech, my coolant light came on however my husband added coolant. The service tech came back to inform me that my water pump isn't working properly and it's leaking into pipes and gaskets. We contact Liberty Bell to receive a call shortly thereafter the claim is denied! It's denied because the "probability of the repair is preexisting". I have no leaks on the concrete of my garage and I had no issues with the vehicle running I had the dealer check it as I've never had the coolant light come on in the 4 years I've owned it. Not to mention Richard Williams with Liberty was very rude and obnoxious! I've requested a refund as this was not how the salesperson stated and or promised!

Liberty Bell Auto are Worst than Scammers. Stay Far Away!

Worst company EVER! Under no circumstances use this company for an extended auto warranty. I got the platinum warranty for my BMW 335i a year ago for some peace of mind. But it has been anything but pleasant. Over the last year I have paid $8,159.69 in repairs and maintenance, with Liberty Bell Auto REFUSING to pay ANYTHING! Now I have just suffered from a complete engine failure. My service shop started a warranty claim and supplied ALL of the repairs I have made over the last year. Also, showing that by all accounts and records, everything is good. THEY STILL DENIED THE CLAIM WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION. My service provided asked them how they could do so and they were hung up on. I then tried to call about the denied claim and have been hung up on twice. I am now getting my attorney involved to go after the newly issued claim and also to get all previously denied claims paid. If anyone else has experienced the same from this company please reach out to me and we can start a class action lawsuit against Liberty Bell Auto. Thank you. Email: tylerdelange07 @ gmail.com.

I have been with this company for last 3 years and very satisfied with their service. Their customer service is very helpful. Their claims team also very efficient in handling claims. They have covered 2 of my claims so far.

I decided to go with Liberty Bell Auto for auto warranty coverage based on my brother's experience with them. He is very happy with their warranty service and other added benefits. So far they haven't disappointed me.

Run was promised a refund on the unused…

Run was promised a refund on the unused part of my warranty. Was ‘approved’ then give a check number then promised tracking. Still excuses and runaround no check. They are obviously having bad financial problems. Don’t trust them.

I was unhappy with the policy I purchased from Liberty Bell Auto Protect. Did not end up covering any repair I had incurred whilst insured, even though I had initially been led to believe otherwise by their salesperson. However, I am happy to report that Liberty Bell Auto Protect agreed to refund 100% of my purchase of said policy in full. This was much appreciated.

Happy customer

Very professional courteous customer service. I took awhile to decide over the phone but made a decision and closed the deal. Now I don't have to worry about my car breaking down in the future.

I had to cancel due to a medical problem and now I'm having problems getting my money back. I canceled in less than 30 days. Sending my problem to better business. Action needs to be taken ..... Who the hell is William Applegate?????
