Zoe and Mhairi have been better in this processes than I could have ever asked for. Not only have they been extremely professional in everything they have done they have also been incredibly friendly and understanding making a stressful process easier to deal with. Our process took longer than expected but we weren't forgotten about and regular check ins still happened. When exchange and completion were finally arranged everything was sorted and in place promptly and the only issue we had (our error) was quickly resolved.
Overall they have exceeded every one of my expectations and been incredible to work with, I genuinely cannot thank them enough, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to them if needed in the future
