Zoe who I first worked with was extremely helpful with my remortgage and explained everything to me in detail making things much easier to understand. Mhairi then joined to help with things along the way and she also went out of her way to help me. Both were very kind and easy to work with and kept in touch regularly.

Great experience with Liberty Mortgage Solutions. Initially had Zoe Cox on the case who was extremely responsive and informative throughout the earlier and mid stages of our application. Once Zoe has processed our application, Mhairi Bell then closed our case and once again was always on the other end of our contact during the final stages. I was first introduced to Zoe at liberty mortgages when I made contact with first mortgage in Glasgow for some advice.

Our first meet happened just a couple of days later via MS teams for around an hour to collect lots of key info for suitable options and a quick decision in principle allowing us to start house hunting.

Everything was tied up in a couple of weeks. Zoe works around the clock to get you what you need. My only advice is to be completely honest with her around your personal circumstances and what you want and she’ll work quick and hard to get you want you need.

I also recommended her to my brother and she had an offer of mortgage to him in a couple of days.
