What is Libertyzeay.com? Libertyzeay.com engages in deceptive tactics to trick customers into placing orders and handing over their money or sensitive personal information, making it a scam website. This review was posted on google.
I purchased a bra and after fighting to even get it on...then I coult not breathe. I have tried contacting the site with back anf forth useless emails from them. "Keep the bra or donate or give it away. NOTHING about refund. The website they gave me will not open. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I'm contacting the FTC and BBB. DOE unending since 7/19/2024

I recieved the product (quick stitch)…

I recieved the product (quick stitch) about 3 weeks after ordered which was fine except multiple issues #1-their tracking info wasn't legitimate. #2- I was charged for shipping when I ordered item but when it arrived today the company didn't use valid postage & I was required to pay cash to USPS which was about the same amount I paid in advance to company. #3- my account upon further inspection today was charged more than amount on invoice I agreed to pay by $3.91usd. #4- product didn't have instructions. I have emailed support regarding all of this. Buyer beware!!

The necklace arrived after a 3-week…

The necklace arrived after a 3-week wait but it was totally worth it. Its design is exceptional, holding a charm in the shape of a heart, infused with the iconic four-leaf clover; made it truly unique. The craftsmanship showed meticulous detail which added a wonderful touch. It looked even better in reality, making it a prized possession in my jewelry collection.

I ordered some earbuds literally almost…

I ordered some earbuds literally almost a month ago and I was charged more than my receipt had said I complained and got a refund for the overprice but I still haven't received my product and I keep emailing and asking about it and they keep giving me lies and changing my tracking number and twice it says it was delivered but when I tell them it hasn't been delivered they say, oh we sent you the wrong tracking number. I keep asking for a refund and nothing. I'm fed up with them I will never order anything again from them. I still have no idea where my earbuds are.

I purchased 2 hummingbird feeders

I purchased 2 hummingbird feeders. The add shows the original promoter of the product. I have this feeder that I purchased from the creator of this feeder, who is on the promotion. When I received the product it was NOT the same product that was promoted. It was smaller, had shorter peaks and larger holes. This allows access to wasps and bees to get into the nectar. The promoted product says that insects cannot get into the nectar. Libertyzeay also promotes 100% risk free. I wrote to them that I was aware of the difference in their product and what they promoted and requested a full refund. I did not want their product. They responded that they would be willing to refund me $4.00. Not acceptable. This s a "bate and switch" company. I recommend that you DO NOT buy from this company.

I Feel Scammed!

I bought the $9.99 hummingbird feeder, agreed to pay the shipping but then was charged over $5 in TAX! So a 50% tax!? I’ve been waiting WEEKS for the item and it’s still supposedly at customs. I’M NOT IMPRESSED AND WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.

Never received items!!!

I bought a product about a month ago and it was a buy one get one for a low price and it's still have not been delivered do not buy from these guys at all it is a scam I used my credit card and I just hope to God that they don't take all my money so do not believe any of the reviews that are good.

They are a scam

They are a scam! They took my my but no merchandise received. I ordered and purchased in full for three pairs of sandals in February 2024 and it is now April 28, 2024 and still no merchandise, no updates, no confirmation about my merchandise, no refund provided!!!!! NOTHING!!! I had to contact the officials regarding this overseas scam. Just awful !!! Don’t order from them !! A DEFINITE RED ALERT !!!

I ordered a clothing item and they…suck at delivery and quality.

I ordered a clothing item and they charge me over 60$ CAD then it took over 2.5 months to come and when I asked for a refund before it actually came to my door, they said no.
I went through PayPal and they did investigate and voila! I received it a week or two later. But...the item quality is garbage. Lesson learned, never again. I won't be buying from random sites ever again

Biggest ripoff of the century

Biggest ripoff of the century. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Package supposedly sent February 3rd, today March 12...still no package. Customer service in pretty much a bot/AI.
BE WARNED...this company is a rip-off scam, rip-off artist, etc.

No free shipping like they promised

No free shipping like they promised, and when I got my PayPal message it was way more than what I agreed to pay in my cart. If I hadn’t been watching carefully they would have gotten 25% more out of me with hidden charges.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. This took 3 months to arrive. I had ordered items with names etched in them. Instead I received alphabet stickers to put on myself. Customer service was useless during the 3 months I waited for this product. I repeatedly asked for updated shipping but they kept saying they were checking on it and would let me know. My tracking still shows this package arriving in Wichita, KS on 12/28/23 and no updates after that. I recieved the package yesterday from an address in California but the tracking still shows it sitting in Wichita. Don't order from this company. It will take months to get your items and they most likely won't be correct. I will never order from them again.

This company does not deserve one star they stole my money of $28.39. Said they delivered an item which was never delivered to my address and refused to give my money back. Not to be trusted.

Just like many other reviews, I ordered 3 x magnetic chess sets in November 2023 and never received it. Tracking information was wrong and it ended up getting sent back without ever communicating in good time to allow me to address whatever the issue was. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are now trying to get more money from me to "resend" the parcel. I also am resigned to not receiving the paid for item but spreading the news that this company is not to be trusted.
