Shoes returned, negotiation, shoes shipped back to me
Didn't like the shoes, had to pay to return the shoes, they won't refund the price. So I don't have the shoes, paid to return and no refund.
They have agreed to ship the shoes back to me.
The shoes are shipping back to me.

Ordering from Liberty Zeno
Ordering went really smooth, and the package arrived on time. The shoes were packaged individually, and they came with a shoehorn.

The quality of the shoe was disappointing and the only way to get customer service is to leave an email. Not customer friendly at all I will not be recommending this company to any of my friends or relatives. You already know what you need to be better but it would cut into your profit margin so you haven't.
