Great product usually. However, when I buy skirts at the Liberation Store there are loops inside the skirt for hanging. The purple skirt that I ordered and received in the mail did not have hanging loops. That’s the kind of thing that I expect from lesser quality brands, not Libidex. So now there are impressions on the skirt from the clips that I need to use to hang the skirt.

I was nervous about my first purchase, so I tried my best to measure appropriately before reaching out to your customer support team. They were incredibly helpful and gave me recommendations on what I should order as well as the size exchange policy. It turns out that their recommendation was a spot on because my outfit fits perfectly.

If I have to share one less than great thing;
After ordering, I got the message that the colour I chose was actually not possible for that item (the colour option was accidentally left in the colour options) so I had to choose another colour. Slightly unfortunate, but it happens I guess. I ended up really liking the second choice colour though.

Both the product quality and functionality are excellent; however, the only problem I've had has been with the shipping, which took a long time to arrive and required a lot of paperwork.

Rogerio is Amazing I absolutely love him and his staff who create my clothing. A Pair of shorts in two weeks and they were already here couldn't believe it how super fast it was Done. Can't fault libidex they will support me 💯 and look after you. Yes latex is very expensive 💵 but you must understand how much time and special Glue is used to build the clothing. Shipping time was surprisingly short given it went to a different nation. The garments were high quality and great for first time wear. The package the garments arrived in was secured well and marked to be handeled with care. There was no visible damage to the garments on arrival and the garments were as ordered.

I recently purchased one of their latex hoods, and unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the quality. The back zipper seam has visible wrinkling, clearly showing signs of seam failure; it looks like the adhesive wasn’t applied properly. This is frustrating, especially considering the price of the item.

I reached out to customer service, sending photos of the issue, but they claimed they couldn't see any damage in the pictures. That response has only made things worse. Not only am I stuck with a defective product, but I’m also left feeling ignored and dismissed.

For the cost of these items, I expected much better quality control and customer support. It’s really disappointing that I can’t get the help I need to resolve this issue. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this brand.
