First the latex is very great quality and their size range is so incredible! I’m a bit on the chubbier side and have some thicc thighs (69cm approximately lol) and I bought in a 4xl for the thigh highs and they fit perfectly!

The hood has a defect, the junction between the white parts are not in line.
Other thing, i bought a black catsuit from Libidex 4 or 5 years ago, with latex thickness of 0,5 mm, to be sure to have a strong product. I have repaired once the catsuit (small hole in the join between the zip in the back) and now in the front area, the glue of the zip is dead, so there is an opening.
the price of your products is quite expensive, so we can expect a better quality. I bought several items from your company, I am considering the option to find another brand for my latex clothes.

Excellent fit, fast shipping!

The ordering layout on the Libidex website is really well thought out. The result is that you get exactly what you asked for. The delivery times quoted are conservative - my most recent purchases arrived much earlier than expected. The quality of their product is pretty good too. The only niggle in the process concerns sizing: The ability to give precise measurements for bust/underbust/waist or waist/hips instead of XS or 2XL or whatever would provide a better fit.

Now im done, its too much, ive bought several catsuits from Libidex, they have all snapped at the back zipper, its every time, i dont know if your latex quality is bad or the glue or what, but im done, i get to wear the suit 4-5-6 times before it snaps.

Ive used vivishine products to clean, coat and lube, perfect storage everything, just because i try to maintain it so it doesent break, but for what, why do i do it.. Because, it, still, breaks!!!! SEVERAL HUNDRED EUROS EVERY TIME!!!

I will never make a purchase with you again, your products are so poor quality and the price for that is too high. I bought a made to measure catsuit from latexcatfish and its way better fit and quality than your products.

I have been a faithful customer for over 10 years, but that ends now.

The 3/4 pants (Drawstring Combat Shorts) are excellent – great quality and a very comfortable fit.
The shorts (Lace Front Shorts) are a bit tight around the thighs, while the fit in the seat area is perfect, which might be relevant depending on body type.

Unfortunately, the shipping process was more complicated than necessary. Despite prior communication, there were issues around customs/origin information, which caused avoidable confusion and extra effort.

Great products overall, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to shipping and communication.

Libidex are always amazing. Long time customer, I have been shopping here for many, many years.

I ordered this catsuit in size M, black made from 0.6mm latex and front zip. It’s a tight but great feeling. There is no pouch. Well made with good care as I am used from Libidex. I have some catsuits from them and I can highly recommend. Thank you for the good quality

Poor sizing options. Lack of custom sizes very expensive for a niche thing you can't change the size for. Customer service takes an age to reply.

Edit, you offered a refund on return as long as it's not been tried on. Often repeated the same question. And used odd statements or instructions. Some of which is not the same as the instructions provided with the garment. I refused the "offer" of refund due to how you conduct yourselves with the refund process as can been seen on this website. It is not worth the hassle.

Further to your response, according to your colleagues the company doesn't offer any size range that would actually fit so despite them being "made to order" it's actually a cookie cutter mould to order in a colour you want. Not true made to order as you can't get a custom fit one.

As usual, the quality of the latex is outstanding, and it got here really fast.
