No customer after care

The product was sold as a quality Bluetooth speaker. After 3 years the sound has deteriorated and has awful reverb. What is worse to get a repair they require you to pay for transport at 50 euro each way!!! So after 3 years ot has to be binned. What an awful product I had given hype and cost for a much better product and much better after care. What a negative impact on the environment. I would say don’t buy their products!! Simple as

Libratone abandon customer. Q adapt in earphones suddenly stopped…

Q adapt in earphones suddenly stopped connecting to iPad. Got them while travelling somewhere and can't recall where. Have had them a few years. Good sound when I used them but only used them about 20 times. No damage to see. Absolutely no help from Libratone. Expensive to buy now for the bin. What sort of model do Libratone think is reasonable about expensive products yet non existent customer support. Pleasantly delivered rebuff from Libratone. Just about the worst ' you are on your own - nothing to do with us' response from what should be a reputable company that I have ever experienced.

Lounge

Lounge - Probably the worst Air product I’ve ever had the experience of owing - if you want reliability go to Sonos , if you’ve got the cash go to B&O or B&W - “ can’t connect to speaker “ after countless re boots and re installs and all you get is a email asking did you reboot did reinstall did you ……. Yes I did , yes I have and it works for a couple of weeks and then throws the towel in - funny how I don’t have that problem with the others … shame really it’s quite a pretty speaker for your home but useless at playing music reliably

no assistance, impossible to repair.

After 3 years the internal rechargeable battery ceased to work. I contacted Libratone, but there is no assistance so be careful if buying. Nice object, but just nice, not particularly smart nor app-friendly. Quite expensive, which renders the lack of assistance unacceptable.

Best earphones

Best earphones. Good sound quality, good noise cancelling. App is good. Awsome is configurable tapping to operate. And most importantly - not an white apple. And...the customer service is friendlier than my mom is. Highly recommend this company! :)

Track air+

Received my trackair+ and thouroughly impressed with them, couldn't believe how small they are and the sound is amazing. Extremely comfortable and stay securely in place during my morning runs, love the fact you can program the tap functions in the app to suit your needs. The styling is unique and makes them standout from any other earbuds on the market. Fantastic Product 5Stars.

Amazing Headphones, Perfect Customer Service

Honestly, Libratone headphones (I have the track+) are excellent. The sound quality is great, the noise cancelling is as good as can be expected for in ear headphones and the build quality is excellent. They are most definitely worth their price tag.

However, I have recently had an issue with my headphones - I was on with their support (which was absolutely excellent, probably the best I've ever dealt with) who helped me resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. It was an exceptionally positive experience and one that spurred me to write this review, which I typically wouldn't do.

Don't buy this product

My household has two Libratone Live Lounges, and ever since we've gotten them there hasnt been any positives to it. The set -up is horrible and their guides for it are made ages ago. Everytime you wan't to change the network of your speaker whether it be by using your computer to access the website of your speaker or using the app, you'll have to spend 30 min trying different things out factory reseting your speaker and in the end just giving up. Worst purchase I've ever made considering the price you're paying for the speakers everything should be updated including the guides on how to make it work.

Not impressed at all. think twice and look around before buying.

I had same problem twice with the speaker - stopped working after firmware update. Had to sent to for repair to Libratone.
To be fair it was repaired both times however:
*Last time it took over month to get it back
*Lack of information provided by customer services
*I have provided proof of purchase on the point of logging this with support center, then gave hard copy with the speaker itself and was asked to provide one more time again after speaker was received in Libratone
*My original speaker box was lost and speaker arrived back without any prior notification for Libratone in insufficient packaging
* When i requested by original box back i was asked twice why i needed back?
Did my research before i bought this speaker and it seems as a good choice, now i know there are better, more reliable wirelesses speakers you can go for.

Love the product

I own the Zipp speaker. My interaction with Libratone so far, from order to using their product, has been enjoyable.

Little zip

I done a bit of research to found a quality speaker and came across the zip on sale at John Lewis, when I brought it home and set it up I thought it looks great and easy it set up, the sound was great and I was amazed but the sound quality coming from this small wireless speaker. Highly recommend, I will be buying a second to link them together
