David continued working with me during a difficult installation on my old Laptop. My screens didn't match those shown on videos. But David's polite tenacity helped me to finally install and activate Office 2024 using the Product Key.

Ran into some issues with downloading my Microsoft product. I contacted customer service and promptly got a response. They solved my problem in rapid time. I won't hesitate on making a purchase with this company. You can't find customer service like this anymore! 😉

Purchased a groupon for MS Office for PC and MAC. But looks like it does not work for MAC and emailed support and received a quick response. And was asked post a review for resolution.

I tried to purchase Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus for Mac but it says for Windows. I contacted them by email and they agreed to help me with the software?
