Lichi is one of the BEST companies…

Lichi is one of the BEST companies ever!! I have ordered from Lichi several times and am always impressed by their remarkable quality and care for detail. Their products and packaging are made beautifully and their site and checkout are easily usable. I had an issue with a discount code once, but it was quickly resolved by one of their kind customer service representatives via a phone call. The only thing I hope to see in the future of Lichi is more petite-friendly items. I have ordered several bottoms that I needed to tailor as they are way too long for me ( I am 5'3" for reference ). Overall, Lichi's innovative and unique designs have truly captivated my heart, and I plan to continue shopping with them in the future!

My great experience with Lichi

This is based on my experience, I was looking for a camisole with chain straps and Lichi website showed up while I was searching. So I went a head and I decided to order not only but two pieces of clothing. I was at first worried about the shipping and how long will it take and if the item will be great as the way it was showed on the website, I was so impressed by how fast the Lichi team answered me and reassured me it will be shipped according to their timeline which was indicated in tbe website.

I was thrilled by how fast was the shipping once it was packed and the items I couldn't believe the quality of the materials and the sewing skills. I feel like am buying a luxury quality pieces with a great price and it did not disappoint. I can't wait for their winter collection :D

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service, seriously any questions you have they answer promptly and they’re more than willing to help. I always received my order way ahead of schedule and the clothing quality is excellent. I find myself a bit in between sizes for certain items but their exchange policy is easy so it’s simple to swap for a different size or item or just get a refund.

My experience with this company has…

My experience with this company has been absolutely terrible. As other reviews have stated there has been a consistent issue with returns and a lack of communication and assistance from customer services. I bought some clothes from LICHI in February or March and immediately tried to process a refund. I understand that given the international situation they were not able to process this immediately but there was no follow up for months at a time and I kept having to email them and feel that if I hadn’t have been so persistent they would not have allowed me to start the process of a refund at all. I was also not told that I would have to be shipping the return to the US which came with a significant extra cost. I have still not received any information about whether the package has arrived and again have had to chase this up. I have not received a refund or even an indication of whether they have received it. This is a significant amount of money I have been waiting nearly 6 months to get back and the whole experience has just been atrocious. While I have had some issues with finding the tracking details I have sent screenshots with proof of postage but have still had no help from them.

Pleasantly surprised

I've read reviews in here and was a bit scared to order from Lichi, but I found the perfect after-wedding dress and immediately fell in love. I ordered it (free shipping) and after 7 days contacted custom support because order still hadn't been dispatched. They answered after 5 MINUTES (it was in the evening) and said it was being handled by DHL. It arrived shortly, a day earlier than expected (13 days after order - I live in Croatia) and it is beauuutiful, very good material, it's not flimsy or see-through, literally backup wedding dress. I ordered M which is my size and it suits me perfectly. The custom support contacted me the whole time and even asked to check when it arrived.
I'm so glad I decided to order it, I've seen the bad reviews but I figure they changed a lot and invested in their customer support. I will order again for sure 🤍

I love the Lichi store

I love the Lichi store. Delivery to Krakow is fast, and it is free from 100 euros. You can make a return for 4.99 euros, so I even sometimes take two things in different sizes and return the one that didn't fit. I'm very happy with the quality, and the assortment on the site is excellent.

apparently only lichi can start an investigation into DHL about damage of products, according to DHL.
I asked Lichi to request an investigation at DHL.
Of course they don't respond to that.
Let's have a look how long it will take after this review.

It seems like they dont wanna help you, even though they can. they can file a claim with dhl about the damage. Lichi will probably just get the money back from this.

Beautiful website design

Beautiful website design, stylish and fashionable items, and there are different sizes. I always check the measurements of the clothes before ordering, because there is no fitting. But if something doesn't fit, you can always return it. I recently ordered two identical pairs of pants, they sent them to me in 5 days. I tried them on and returned one of them, and they sent the money back a week later.

Worst customer service ever! Stopped responding to me

I am extremely frustrated as I have been waiting 5months for a return label! I contacted the company several times and all I received was “we will be in touch for an update”. It has now been over 3 months and no response from them. In my last email I stated that I would take this further as my item was not cheap.

I have now placed an international consumer complaint and await for their response. If current situations are not in your control, your refund should be! It is not the buyers fault to be waiting around. Especially when I didn’t know the product was coming from Russia!

I am extremely disappointed and will not be shopping with you ever again.

If it could be a zero it would, I have had the run around since February this year with little to No contact. Extremely unhelpful and very unwilling to process my refund.
The item was returned 4 months prior to this review and I have finally received my refund.

AVOID !!

I hope, if you have to use this company, you will not have to deal with their customer service.
Their return address is in Russia, which is currently a big problem which I understand, however it took them 5 months to give me a new return delivery address.
Finally got the other return address (in the US!!), and it's been now a month they received the goods and still waiting for a refund. I am really tired of hearing "shortly", Lichi is, by far, the worst company I had to deal with.

Very helpful support

I’ve put in a wrong street number and Lichi support was very helpful when the initial delivery couldn’t be delivered, they sent it again for free to another country since I went to visit relatives and at the time I wasn’t present at my actual location.

The clothes are lovely, look exactly like in the pictures. Can definitely recommend.

I waited just four days for my order

I waited just four days for my order. I immediately ordered two sizes of blouse I liked, because I definitely wanted to get in size. I ended up taking the smaller one, and I returned the larger one and got my refund about 3 weeks after I sent it. I didn't pay for the return.

Amazing quality

First of all, amazing dresses of very high quality. Great fabric and attention to detail. I had some doubts if the return will go smoothly (I ordered 2 dresses and decided to return one) but it was very smooth and I had my money back on my account within a few days. I’m based in The Netherlands and the return shipping and transfer were done via their Polish branch, so everything was smooth. I will definitely come back!!!

I fell in love with Lichi brand last…

I fell in love with Lichi brand last year when discovered it in Kazakhstan. I live in Europe now and from time-to-time keep ordering clothes from them. I love it because the items fit me so well like if they were tailored accordingly to my measurements☺️. Dispute your refund via paypal!

So EDIT.....
TLDR: Dispute the refund via paypal since we all have paid Lichi via paypal. I have opened a case and got my refund from paypal the next day. Just remember to provide evidence! Lichi has also reached out to me after, letting me know that since I have received my refund, they'll look into refunding me part of the postage fee which they have promised. I have not heard anything yet but I am assuming they are busy with other enquiries~

Lichi has reached out to me immediately after posting this review and they have asked me to take it down so that I won't crush the hopes of other customers who are waiting for their refund. I told them that I have nothing against them and am not targeting them at all but simply just want my unlucky situation to be known to other customers and they can follow what I've done or find other effective alternatives.

I really like their dresses but i could not get any refund because their warehouse happens to be in russia and with the war going on...... I had to ask them more than 3 times about the return process, finally they told me that i could send it to one of the warehouses in USA but I have to pay for the shipping fee and they'll refund me with the shipping fee once they have gotten it. I posted it in May and it has been exactly 1 month since the tracking got updated. I told them that it may be lost and all they said was for me to open an investigation with Royal Mail since it is not their delivery partner. Now my parcel may have been lost and I may not get my refund. Purchase from them ONLY when the war is over. They are not being transparent with their international customers, still shipping internationally without posting one thing about the problems they are facing with the returns. I regret buying from them. I'll open a claim with Royal Mail and see how it goes.
