I ordered couple dresses from Lichy and I was very satisfied with the quality and stile. I did not had any issues with the return process or to exchange them. Highly recommend them.

My friend and I love Lichi clothing. We place an order together as shipping is free on purchases over 100 euro. The items come well packed, clean, without any defects

The only bad thing about purchasing this time was the payment process. When you pay it takes you to another website and it is not the easiest to deal with. It lagged and said it did not go through.

I‘m very happy with my order! The quality is excellent and the dress looks exactly like in the pictures.
The delivery time took a bit longer as the warehouse is in Poland.
But overall I‘m very happy and most likely to recommend Lichi to a friend.

The clothing are a perfect fit, high quality fabric, feminine silhouettes. The website offers a great selection of different models, the L size is available. There is no such thing as running small, and the size chart is nice. Delivery is quick and free on orders over 100 euro

I order several items at once as shipping is free on purchases over 100 euro. The return costs 4.99 and is really quick. The store has a warehouse in Poland for deliveries and returns, it’s not far from us as I live in Czechia. Our city does not have such awesome clothes as Lichi does. I’d also like to point out that the prices are really attractive

My order was delivered to Marseille in five days, I was delighted that the delivery was so fast. Two items did not fit, the size was wrong, however, there was no problem in returning them and I got a refund to my card in two weeks

I’ve got a lot of clothes from this store. Some are basic, others are glamorous for going out. That is what I love Lichi for, I can always find the right item here. Everything is of high quality, the price tag is justified

For me, the Lichi store is one of the basic shops to create outfits. The website always offers collections with eye catching items. Speaking of the last purchase, I’m really happy with a tweed jacket. The quality is great and it makes me look stunning. I paired it with a hobo bag (honestly I did not plan on buying it but could not stop myself when I saw it)

And of course the invariable classic - a blot of models of little black dress ❤️. You can reach out guys from customer support via WhatsApp or Instagram (which is very convenient) and get response quickly. I am looking forward to new collection.

Ordering is easy and the contact has always been pleasant. The quality is great and I love their style. They have really great and innovative designs. Would recommend for sure!

Great products but the delivery is too long for the price (20 euros) and I have been told twice that my order wasn't in stock anymore.

I really don't understand where all the negative reviews are coming from. I've ordered from this company several times now and all in all everything has been great.

Firstly, while the clothes aren't exactly cheap, they do look very high-end, somewhat unique and the quality is really good. The first time I've ordered from them it did take a little bit longer than expected for my parcel to arrive. Ever since then, my orders have always arrived within 5-7 days. No problems whatsoever. I have returned clothes as well. Yes, you do only have two weeks to decide but I also got my money back within 10-14 days. Lastly, the customer service. In my experience talking to Lichi employees is always a pleasure. They are friendly, accommodating and helpful. Yesterday for example, a package didn't arrive because the mailman didn't check the mailbox properly, didn't find my name and immediately sent the package back to Lichi. I contacted Lichi and they were very friendly and immediately said that they will send it back to me as soon as possible.

I'll definitely be ordering from them again!
