First of all, it’s a shame to have such a glitched website. It took about 5 tries to check out because the website kept saying “something went wrong” Turns out 2 of these tries went through so they charged me twice 🤷‍♀️ I received email confirmation HOURS after I purchased the order and it’s also weird. I’ve found a chat window or something to explain what happened and the customer service apologize and confirm that they understood what happened and I’ll get my money back. I ended up dispute the transaction through my bank 3 weeks later because store didn’t send me the refund.
Speaking about website again..If you order from USA you have to mark it before start shopping, otherwise you won’t find your country at the address window. Fine. but since website are glitching it tried to push me back to other countries page. I’m not sure I’m explaining that correct but its just my experience. I ended up memorize the 2 things I want to order and quickly searching it in the “USA website” so I could check out then.
I’ve ordered cropped cardigan and turtleneck sweater since I’ve read the reviews about return issues and decide not to order something I wasn’t sure would fit me. The sweater’s turtleneck is way to tight. I’m 115lbs and flat af so the S size fits perfect but the neck ruined everything because I literally fell choking. Quality is good. I really like the style of clothes and would like to order more but these technical issues turns me away. It also makes me feel that returns are pain in the ass so I’m afraid to shop dresses.

Incredible quality and really affordable price. I already have 5 items from Lichi and every time I wear them I get so much compliments!

I am giving a 5 star as I am already an old customer and all my dresses from lichi are still wearable and look good. Just want the delivery to be faster.

I am ordering Lichi clothing for quite a while already and always the quality and style is amazing! I guess it is a good sign when on the company party people you don't know come to you to comment on your outfit :)

But my latest experience deserves 5 stars! I was heading out for vacation and have placed the order too late. But I contacted support and they have sent my order with express shipping - so to vacation with new sweaters <3 Thank you!

The quality of the dress I bought is impeccable for the price point and I am so glad I finally bought one of their items, I will maybe buy other item in the future thanks to the quality and the customer service gave me answers very quickly

I'm totally into Lichi's minimalism that makes me a loyal customer. Items look great together. You can create lots of looks with this store alone. Delivery from Poland. Gets fast to Estonia—just about 3 days.

I tried to order a Ruger shirt and was told twice that it did not go through. However, your company charged me three times at $46.63 each time through my credit union! I want my money back immediately please as I am very unhappy with your company.

Lichi is my best helper in picking looks for various celebrations. Dresses there look really feminine and emphasizes the body shape. Last time I took a satin one. It looks even better than in the photo. Fine quality🔥

Outstanding service. I placed my order and noticed that for some days the status of the order did not change. I reached out to Customer support and the very next day the order was shipped and less than 24 hours I received it. Absolutely amazing.
All the items were neatly packed and arrived in good condition. The clothes are of good quality and fit perfectly.
10/10 service. Will purchase again for sure!

In February 2022 my daughter bought 2 dresses that were nicely delivered to the U.K. the nightmare started when we wanted to return one of them. After 5 months of contacting costumer services they finally gave us a return address…. In America!! Paid £20 to return, that Lichi said they would refund, and now the tracking message is “was not possible to identify the delivery address”. Great! Lost the dress and the posting money. can’t prove that I’ve sent it to the address I was given so contacting costumer service is pointless!

This company claims there are options for returns, said they would provide a return label “later on”, never did, and never replied to my follow up on the topic. This occurred in March and it is now November. It is completely fraudulent advertising to give customers the comfort of knowing they can return, and then never provide them any way to do so. Do not trust this company; it is a trap. Also, after reading other reviews/Lichi’s replies, their recommendations for people to look in their spam folders are laughable. Believe me, I checked. This is not user error. Lichi falsely advertises a return policy that does not exist. How is this not illegal?

In addition to other things, I buy accessories from Lichi. My last purchase was a briefcase bag. It is very stylish and comfortable. There is a handle and straps for carrying. It is a perfect black colour and was ideal for my total black look.

The clothes are really beautiful and high quality. I definitely recommend! 😊

I ordered the goods on July 21, to Lithuania. It arrived somewhere after a month, because the order was being prepared for two weeks. But the delivery will not be as terrible as the customer service itself..
Two dresses were ordered, I couldn't decide, so I thought I'd say two and keep the one I liked, so I did. I kept one and sent the other back. I sent the parcel, the parcel traveled to Lichi for about a month, which turned out to be strange, because parcels from Lithuania to Poland should travel for about a week. A month later, I saw in the tracking that Lichi received the package, but I was not notified. I thought I had to wait until they had time to unpack and return the ponies, it's been maybe three weeks - no response. I started writing letters - no one answers. Then I wrote to their website, where there is an online chat, they finally answered. And their response was that they received my return but the bag did not contain the dress, that the bag was empty, which is absolutely not true! I was very surprised because it was the first time I encountered such a problem. They asked me to send a video of how I packed the product, but I didn't have one. Later he said that he would try to solve it with the courier service. It's been a long time, but they don't answer anything, they don't try to solve this problem and issue a refund. I am very disappointed...

I only had nice experience with Lichi. The rewards program is good, you get your loyalty points right away. I often buy cloths at Lichi for my sister and myself - we earn lots of loyalty points and use them for new purchases. Also, a nice bonus is that the shipping is free, if your order exceeds 100 euros.

I cannot describe how much I love this company. I stumbled across them on Instagram and immediately fell in love with their chic, timeless yet every day wearable clothing. I received the order very quickly dhl, so I placed another order as well and then another order after that, haha. I will continue to buy from this company because of their excellent customer service and amazing quality of clothing. The clothing well reflects the price point. You are definitely getting what you pay for. Keep up the excellent work!

5 stars: outstanding service (someone picked up the phone within two rings) and Ms. Alex answered all my questions. Product: size chart is 100% correct my dress fit like a glove the the quality is incredible. Shipping: package arrived 3 days prior to original date and gave plenty updates.

I simply love Lichi shop. They have beautiful clothes and accessories of great quality. Delivery is always on time, I experienced only excellent communication with the company.

I regret ordering clothes here. Eventhough they call you right after you receive your order to ask if you would like to leave a review, getting in touch with them to return your items is hopeless. I have been trying for 4 weeks now and still haven't received my return form. And no, the return form is not in my spambox. I have looked. @Lichi, please reply to my e-mails and calls. This is ridiculous.
