Our Mission is to be the definitive community-powered brand that builds decorating confidence by inspiring and supporting all decorators with their projects. Lick is a community-powered decorating movement. We are a force for change in the home decor space with a vision to transform the industry for our decorators and for the planet. Lick was founded in 2019 by Lucas London and Sam Bradley - both experienced startup entrepreneurs. The business has raised over $29m since inception. OMERS Ventures lead our Series A round in June 2021 with participation from existing investors Felix Capital and contributions from entrepreneurs and PE investors including Magnus Rausing, Alex Chesterman and Kathaka, the family office of Caroline Rupert of Richemont. We’re a business that believes in building confidence in our decorators. Seeing their bright ideas and making them happen. We do this by giving our do-er uppers access to inspiration, advice and how-to guidance from our experts and wider community. As well as making our range of (water-based, low VOC) paint, (FSC-certified) wallpaper, blinds and supplies with real people and real homes in mind. It's why we curate the colours in our product ranges, it's why we have an expert team of colour consultants on-hand to help with any decorating question, big or small, it's why we're building a supportive community of decorators to inspire each other with their projects, and it’s why we are rethinking how technology can transform this category. We're on a mission to transform the $1trillon global home decor category, and our sights are set on scale, this means expanding our product offering, launching new sustainability initiatives, and growing our already thriving community of home decorators across the globe. Decorator success starts at home...our home. That is why our ambition is to be a definitive people-powered company. Building an environment where individuals thrive and collectively achieve significant results.

I ordered a tin of Beige 03 along with a tin of Teal 02 and some other products just prior to Christmas. In January we realised one more tin of Beige 03 was required to finish the job, which arrived quickly, but unfortunately we discovered that the paint in each tin were completely different shades and nowhere near alike.
I contacted customer services on day the afternoon of day one of the decorators starting the job (Monday) and asked for a replacement tin to be sent but received no response and as I was paying for the decorators time this week I had to source alternative paint from elsewhere. As such I have requested a refund of £87 to cover the cost of the two tins I purchased plus postage. Today is Thursday, the job is nearly finished and yet I still haven’t received a response from Lick Customer Service other than to say that they hadn’t received my original email and to resend it (despite it being replied to and clearly visible lower down in the thread - their email even had the same subject heading of my original email so I don’t see how their claim could be true).
Just now I have asked for my refund to be processed and received a request to rate their service! Unbelievable! Needless to say I did so and it wasn’t positive.
There’s no phone number to call and my email requests are being ignored. Terrible paint and terrible customer service.

I wish lick would sell a regular colour chart as well as the peel and stick samples. It's infeasible to keep buying samples only to be completely surprised by the colour. The ones I ordered all looked totally different to the website. I'll be using paint brands with color charts.

Great paint to use. Accurate from the sample. Good coverage. Will buy paint for other rooms

Your paint is gorgeous!!! It goes on really well, great coverage and a fabulous depth of colour. We painted our whole lounge in Blue 06 and, every time I walk in, I just love it ( it was cream and now so different!!) The Matt seems to cover up any lumps and bumps really well so we’ve just decided to do our bedroom in Teal 02… think we are addicted now, thank you xxxx

Purchased 3 tins of the Brown eggshell emulsion.
Absolutely the worst paint we've ever used, and we've used loads over many years.
Cut a a long story short we ended up getting refunded for all 3 tins. Lickpro customer service was an absolute disgrace and tried every trick in the book not to refund us and blame the condition of our walls etc etc, which are perfect. Ended up buying Dulux Heritage emulsion and it went on lovely without any issues whatsoever unlike the awful lickpro.
You would think after all the hassle we had with this rubbish paint that lickpro would want the paint that we purchased sent back to themselves for analysis, they wasn't even interested.
Incredible.
Appalling paint.
Rubbish customer service.
Never will we purchase lickpro paint again!

Received the swatches incredibly quickly, thank you, however, didnt match the colour shown online sadly. Whilst I appreciate your phone can have a difference of colours, we did check across 3 difference devices (android/apple) so was a waste of money as wasnt the colour we would have wanted.
