Easy, fast, user friendly app.
The support really helpful and fast.

Extremely inaccurate waiting times and they blame the food provider. After talking to the restaurant the food had already been prepared is sitting getting cold for 30 mins and delivery time is still 1.5 hours away. There's is no way to get a hold of customer service.

I've had so far a good experience with Lieferando and its easy to order from the app itself. Its just the delivery time is usually not accurate. But the prices are cheaper and more affordable than Foodora.

The avocado salad was absolutely fantastic!

Chargeback is the only language this company support department understands. 0 customer support and after 2h of waiting for my food i decided to go outside and get something myself

one of the worst food delivery services I’ve ever used. Ordered delivery through their website and went outside when the website notified that my food was delivered. Received no phone calls from anybody and when I went outside there was no food anywhere surrounding the building. Then called the store I ordered from and they sent out a new order. The second order did not arrive as well and did not receive a tracking number or anything. Then asked for a refund for the food I didn’t receive and was told that it was not possible because the food had been delivered and they had tried to call me multiple times. Then proceeded to show them proof of my phone log that showed no missed calls and was told this wasn’t enough proof to qualify for a refund. I double checked to see if I put the address and phone number in correctly and I had. Worst part is they can provide no proof of trying to call me or where the order was dropped off outside of my building. Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business and the utter lack of care I received as a repeat customer is very disappointing. Being blamed for their mistake as well is completely upsetting and I cannot believe I am expected to pay for a service I never received. Will never be ordering from them again and would recommend anybody who wants to order through this service to RUN AWAY.

A bunch of retrads, really. I don't know how they can be in business. They took the money, nobody answers my emails, no order delivered. It seems to be a scam operation.

Cancelled my order 2 times in a row after I waited for over 1 hour. I called the restaurant - they waited until Lieferando was assigning a driver. For you as a customer this is not transparent at all

Fast Delivery, Hassle Free!

I am sooo upset honestly. Lieferando has no customer service contact number to contact them directly. I placed my order #GA468H and every single item I ordered was wrong. I ordered a fish fillet and I get some cheap nuggets instead, instead of boiled potatoes I get chips, instead of Coca Cola I get Cola light, the sauce is all over the bag and there is one ice tea missing. This is not a mistake, this is just disrespectful!

UPDATE

Nordsee contacted me to send my food again. I told them that I have to leave within 40 mins. They said it’s OK. They sent my food late, no lunch today and I still can’t recommend these companies.
