This evening I placed an order at 20:40 the indicated delivery time was 40 mins ….. at 22:00 I received an email saying the order was cancelled and I will get my money back in 4 days. It’s simply unacceptable . I have not eaten today I have worked very long hours - this service is simply not to be relied on. What should I eat today now. Do you really understand what the words service or trust mean to your potential customers….. my guess is no if this is how you treat people. I’ve used this service twice now…. first time was 30 mins longer than advertised second time was cancelled . My advice is pile be to not use this service if you have any other options

Numerous times I have used this app and every time I have had issues. Food delivery times is always one hour plus but this is only explained once the money has been taken. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

Liferando is charging for deliveries depending on the distance with the restaurant. Many think that money goes to the riders. Well not even a single Euro goes for them and the tip rate has decreased in more than the 95%. These guys are riding under extreme conditions, snow, rain , -10 degrees , we can all help them.

I ordered twice now and I'm simply annoyed, annoyed enough to change platform. Every time so far it left out parts of my delivery address and I need to call the restaurant.
I order online because I don't want to call, which makes this platform just bad...

Order no 7YKJLA. I’ve ordered my food at 8PM and contacted restaurant at 9PM. They said that the food is sitting there for half an hour and there is another 5 customers waiting for their food as there is no nobody to pick up. I get an update on my app that my food is coming at 22:33. I’ve contacted restaurant again at 9:30 PM to confirm this information and they said they’re already closed so there so no food coming. Lieferando was even lying about a delivery time. This is not acceptable and I want my money back!
BTW… Restaurant owner said that he doesn’t have this problem with Mjam so if you’re from Innsbruck and want to avoid trouble with delivery, Mjam seems to be better choice.

We order at least 2 times a week from Lieferrando.at and 95% of the time it arrives hot and when estimated. Not perfect but for sure the best delivery service in Graz.
I can't pay with credit card, it keeps rejecting my card. Already made orders today on different sites with credit card and everything worked great...

I ordered from lieferando and during my first attemt to pay, payment was not successfull so i tried again and it was a success. One day after i noticed that i was charged twice for my order so i sent an email to them about this issue and havent got any reply.

Disappointed and shocked 😲
Food was order at 19.43 with confirmation from the restaurant Etno in Vienna. Order was on the way all that time, until 20.38 when I was informed that is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. Money was refunded immediately. It was faster than information about the delay. Besides that, order was already delayed for 10 min when I received the info. Why??? This was already known in advance in my opinion.
The bad side of Liferando is that online customer service is not available, in case you notice that something went wrong.

I order on Lieferrando regularly and mostly have had good experience with the delivery person... BUT today a very obnoxious person made the delivery. He made a racist comment that even I as a non-german speaker could understand and the gist of it was that this is Deutschland so I need to speak to him in german!!!! What !!!!
He refused to ring the bell and and bring the food to the apartment, my husband had to go down to the street to collect the food.
People like this are going to lose you business.
