The delievery boy only brought 30% of…

The delievery boy only brought 30% of the order. After checking this he refused to go back and only after a phone call with the restaurant he drove back. The pizza he delievered was stored upright in his box. So it looked like.....
At the first delievery he wasn´t able to find the right adress. Luckily you can watch this online. If I wouldn`t have gone out he would have left!!! And it´s only a single house in this street and no apartment building with a bigger amount of inhabitants!

One item missing in delivery.

One item missing in delivery.. Did restaurant not give to driver or did driver not give to me. Who knows? My fault for not checking contents of bags when receiving delivery. So how do I claim a refund for the missing item?

Worst experiennce ever

Worst experiennce ever! My food never arrived while the app showed an "enjoy your food" line. I called the restaurant and they were very helpful to provide if my food had been picked up or not. However, the deliverer could not find the adress (eventhough i have order a LOT of times from Lieferando. Bottomline, calles Kundenservice and said that they could not do anything and that they could not return my money since the deliverer tried to call me because he couldnt find the adress. Awesome, perhaps training their delivery personel to look up into the middle of the entrance door to see an explicit number on a well known street might do the trick.

Terrible service. No food. Just billing problems

Terrible experience - day 10 still no response (except the template below - Lieferando WHERES MY MONEY?). Took the order. Never arrived. No tel number. Food tracker not available. Sent an email ... no indication of how long to wait.

Overall, as bad a delivery service as one can expect. Except now I need to get my money back and I'm hungry.

For the record Lieferando - Inread your template response. It's been 10 days. Still no response and still no refund!

Terrible service. DO NOT USE LIEFERANDO!

Burger Delivery in Wien

Very happy with the burger delivery in Wien to 1130. The guy with white hair ( don't know the name unfortunately) was so friendly, quick and we also received 2x free cola. Perfect service.

Great variety of restaurant’s to order from

Great variety of restaurant’s to order from, fast delivery and most importantly it is travelers friendly (as it does not require a local cellphone number to complete the online form), making it possible to order from your hotel room. I will be using it again on my next trip to Vienna.
