They also reported a poor user experience due to constant, irritating in-app advertisements and a difficult setup process. Reviewers consistently expressed dissatisfaction with the customer service, describing it as unhelpful, unresponsive, and often handled by bots. The app does let you see where your "circle" is when driving, but there's so much crap on the screen you can't hardly see your circle member. The bottom half is "get directions" and "weekly report" and then all over the map is "Love ya" and "ETA?". Too much. I can't hardly tell where my member is.

I come off my motorbike today

I come off my motorbike today, no sos was sent out to my family, no services alerted. My phone was in my pocket on the same side i hit the ground. I slid on the along the road for about 5 m so it should have no reason to not send sos for help. My phone survived and shows that crash detection on and all other alerts. We also pay a subscription. It failed me when I needed it.

Don’t pay for the extra… use free app, they don’t honor the services

Was a gold member at 1599 a month for a year. Die free trial for the platinum a couple days later it wouldn’t let us use roadside assistance because of the free trial platinum so we canceled it. Then they were in honor the gold membership that we have been a part of and paid for for over a year. There is no loyalty for loyal customers. So it’s a waste of money the gold services they offer that you pay extra for they will deny when you need them.

Not finding it too great

Not finding it too great. Often says at home when still not arrived. Says biking but walking or on the bus/in the car and often doesn't update for a period of time. When tracking a young man who's on a night out, it's worrying.

Great app for security

Great app for security , has a complicated setup process though. Regardless I've not been able to have a seamless experience which prompted me into seeking alternatives. Trackspouse onlG, we're the ones whom got me remote access to WhatsApp and call logs from my boyfriend's ios. I previously tried mSpy as well they also weren't able to give me this sought of an experience. Check them out if you're having relationship anxiety like me.

Ok security app. Great for stalking every move.

As a safety system, the idea is great. But it has turned into an “ankle monitor”. You are unable to know when someone is tracking you. And every stop, drive, trip, extra few minutes, is questioned. Instead of an appropriate safety tool, it feels like a prison. If I turn it off, it notifies the other person. Not worth arguing and fighting, but I hate this app.

Been a gold member for a few months

Been a gold member for a few months, brother was stranded in the middle of nowhere and needed roadside assistance. Brother attempted to contact on several occasions, no response. Ended up calling RAC for a hefty fee. In addition to this, the app is not very accurate in the timings, history or whereabouts of my family placing them at venues that they didn’t go to. Concept is brilliant, but in reality a poor attempt. Gold membership cancelled.

Horrible

Horrible! I had to use their road side assistants and after numerous unsuccesful calls, they hung mostly up on me! I finally reached some one telling me to fu** off. Luckily I was still in trial periode & canceled the service imediently!

The absolute worst customer service I've encountered in years!! I needed to add a new phone number and email account as I am traveling abroad and not taking my home phone. Customer service agent Ellaine just plain out refused to help. I needed access to my tiles in my belongs and they couldn't care less. Do not get tiles!! I should have stayed with airtags

This is a stalker app

This is a stalker app used by domestically violent individuals that use this app to stalk their partners. It is also an overstep in parenting, lack of trust, and disrespectful. This is a bad app unless you are a stalker or an abuser

Life360 ruined Tile

Life360 ruined Tile. Just another bunch of greedy short-sighted idiots. Took a great company with a loyal user base and destroyed it. Nobody wants to see ads all over the place. Life360 executives are so talentless that they cannot scale the business and grow it's value so they turn to to an advertising model that makes us customers hate them. It would have been so easy to grow this business with a network that is OS agnostic, but the useless leadership of Life360 ruined it instead. Don't even get me started on their disgusting privacy policies. By default they will harvest every detail of your family's life and pimp it out to any third party willing to pay for your personal private sensitive data. If you try hard enough, you can opt out of some of it but not the parts that really matter. All so some ivy league circle jerk MBA exec there can give a PowerPoint to their investors about how they use AI to aggregate and sell your info and target you with idiotic ads that ruin the value proposition of the Tile product experience. The term for what Life360 has done to Tile is enshittification. It is everywhere now in society as greedy investors squeeze every last drop of short term gain out of acquired companies instead of building them for long term value.

I have had serious security issues with this app with “hackers” joining our family circle, somehow making themselves admins so we can’t remove them. This is absolutely ridiculous and a huge security breach! My family and I now have our home addresses and current locations known by a complete stranger. Disgusting!

Life 360 saved me and a friend when in a crash

Daughter put this on my phone she and her family are apple iPhone me I'm android to her great disappointment...as she lives over 3 hours away she wanted to know I was safe....and where iwas it also tells me where she is, all good so far we are on the lowest rung the free one and it's been great. Yesterday I was in a minor crash and ended up in a deep ditch in the middle of rural Lincolnshire, the app went to work was I in a crash was I OK or injured also contacted Daughter and emergency services. So all in all brilliant app rescued by fire and ambulance no trauma and no trying to say where I was in a very rural situation.
Cannot give a good enough review. Everyone should have something like this . Thankyou life 360.

Dishonest business practices when you upgrade your subscription to platinum they offer a free tiles starter pack according to the terms to receive you must finish free trial be a paid membership and have made first payment I completed all criteria and reached out to customer support about ordering my tiles and was informed yes I had met all criteria but they informed me an unwritten rule applies that after completion you then wait 14 business days before order then process and shipping time which when you combine the 14 business days wait then ordering processing time and shipping time you will have made at least 2 payments of $25 up to 3 months which would be a total of $75 in payments before you get your full benefits included with subscription

Used to love this app, now just FRUSTRATING!

My family has been at Gold level for many years, since our oldest turned 15.... And we truly have loved this app and its safety features! We've recommended it countless of times over the years, as well, really promoting it! However, we initially began having issues with location markings (pay for UNLIMITED, but that is NOT WHAT YOU GET.) And now, most recently, it has begun seriously GLITCHING, FREEZING and just PLAIN NOT WORKING! Keep expecting them to do an app update release, but they have not. Prefer NOT to discontinue, but am beginning to wonder what has happened with their customer service failing so miserably!
Will wait a bit longer and then reassess its viability - as it is not a cheap app either. Very discouraged to say the least! Hoping help will soon be provided....

this app has pretty much ruined my marriage, While i was going to school my wife and i thought this would be a good app to have for safety reasons. so about a month in i see a change in her attitude towards me, do naturally i asked wht was up. she shows me on the app "all the places i been" and i was trying to tell her i wasn't at those places , and how the app was wrong. the amount of stress and depression was immense to the point i was in tears. That was about 3 years ago and we still arent the same after this,

App no longer reliable

App use to be a highly reliable, GPS live tracker. This was important for us to see where our Intellectually disabled daughter is located (eg on correct bus ... taxi going to correct location etc). Now, it is FREQUENT that we get the "cannot locate person" message. It can take 15 minutes between updates. Whereas once, we could literally watch her driving down a road, with it telling us even how many km's/hr she was doing. This makes the App useless to us now. And YES Life360 if you ever respond to me, we have the latest version; with the latest Apple ISO; with Location Services turned on; and yes we've restarted the App on all 3 of our family's telephones and the cache. This is YOUR problem, not ours to fix. As I said, it use to work flawlessly. You've made changes obviously that have degraded the primary reason for subscribing to your app .. we are not a free user. A great shame. We use to refer others to you. Now we won't for fear of being embarrassed if they too have such bad experiences ... ongoing.
