Family circle issues

Family circle issues. Signed up and had circles with my children and parents but also had circles with friends and coworkers. Needless to say some people don’t want to share their location with others. But when you sign up for gold membership it only works for one circle. You have to pay for each circle. That is absolutely ridiculous. It’s my account and why couldn’t I have membership on my account not by circles. Forget it. Life360 will get zero from me. I’ll use the free version till I find something that I can have more control over the account settings.

I'm glad I'm not the only with issues…

I'm glad I'm not the only with issues on life 360. I've used it for 10 yrs used to be great the speed and constant movement were accurate but now only get an update now and then where they r . Sometimes it only gives a straight line not even on the road. I'm looking to switch to another platform like glympse. So many unhappy customers but nothing changes so I guess life360 doesn't care about it's customers.

Location services don't work

I've downloaded this app onto the relevant smart phones. Location services weren't being updated regularly enough. There would be hours or days when I did not update the services. More recently it has been 2 weeks. I have raised this with the customer services and got an ai. I have done everything it suggested such as deleting the cache from the relevant phones. I was unable to communicate with a person so I had to unsubscribe

I would give 0 stars if I could. The absolute WORST app ever. It will not allow me to register. It gives an error to every single email address I have tried. Their support is useless, never available and never return messages.
Some friendly advice: look elsewhere

My husband became very ill whilst…

My husband became very ill whilst travelling. His glucose level had dropped dramatically. Thanks to 360 we were able to let Ambulance Victoria know his exact location and they came to his rescue very rapidly. We shall always be eternally grateful for having this app. Thank you.

The program is NOT intuitive

The program is NOT intuitive. I cannot imagine a marketed program that is less user friendly with no directions as to menus, submenus, or proper logical use. AI support can’t answer questions. It is very difficult to speak to a human. Currently, features of the app that had at one time provided important information to users have been discontinued—without any communication or notice or documentation. . Therefore a user is left to question why the program is responding differently from a prior day, and he must deal with the questions, “Is this another programming issue or a user issue or an Android/IOS issue, or something else?” Life 360 provides no forthright answers. I would advise against the purchase of Life 360. My comments cover many months of working to use Life 360, with a great deal of frustration.

Worst customer service!!

Worst customer service!!! Or should I say, non existent customer service.
I begged the “virtual agent” to let me talk to a representative on the phone- they don’t allow that at all! “Jaime” did not know how to fix a simple subscription issue, so she wanted me to cancel my account altogether and start a new one. I said no, let’s figure out how to fix this one. That was just too much brain work for her, so I requested a supervisor. “Jan” was no better, if not worse. There is NOT a phone number you can call for customer support, and the Live Agents are not “live” at all, they have no idea how to fix anything. I spent over 3 hours trying to get someone real to hear me and fix a simple problem. I then asked to be escalated to their complaint department-she said “we don’t have one”. Honestly the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE app that has ever been in business!! Don’t spend your money on an app that doesn’t work and will not help you, nor will it let you call or email a real live employee. Just use your IPhone Find Me feature, works so much better and you don’t have to deal with bots when your money is mismanaged.

If you haven't upgraded your…

If you haven't upgraded your membership, I would consider it. I currently have the gold membership and I had broken down yesterday, phoned the RAC who advised me they would be with me within the hour. Waited almost 3 hours, still no sign, phoned the rac to be told estimated time now was 5 hours. I then remembered I have breakdown cover under my life360 subscription. I phoned the number it gave me on the app and I was put thought to someone straight away who took my details and said someone would contact me shortly. I received a text to say the recovery driver would be with me 1½ hours earlier than the time RAC had given me. The driver turned up right on time and recovered me home. I then phoned the RAC when I got home to cancel their service and they still hadn't assigned me a recovery driver after 5 hours had already passed. I'm so glad I had the life360 subscription and would definitely recommend upgrading your membership. This app saved me a lot of time, money and stress yesterday!

Reliability of the app in court

So my niece was killed in a car accident on September 16th 2023. The driver has just got away with his driving because the life 360 couldn't be used in court. The life 360 showed his driving from the moment she got in the car.
36mph in a 30mph
84mph in a 50mph
74 mph in a 50 mph
80mph in a 40mph to 30mph on the road they crashed
The driver a serving soldier walked free from court.
With only a 10 month suspended sentence and a 2 year driving ban.
Apparently the life 360 is an American app and not reliable. That's according to the police. Would love to speak to someone from the creator of the app to discuss it

My son was a new driver

My son was a new driver, being the worried parent like some of us, I would watch my son on life360,everything he would leave the house, knowing as long as I see him moving, he's on his way home or to his destiny. One early morning my son is headed to the gym just a block down the road, well he also sometimes liked to go the opposite direction just for a little drive, being that it was a less driven, wooded, winding road that runs parallel to a river. This would nerve me out, I saw him go down, and as he is starting to come back all I see is a hotrod car and flames, and then it came to the regular car STOPPED. 😱😱😭😭 I knew right then my son just wrecked!!! I am scared for his life. life 360 called an ambulance and it was there before his sister got to him, who lived 2 miles up the road, and life360 called me to confirm that my son has wrecked, and help is on the way, My son was taken good care of, First I Thank our Father in heaven 🙏🙏🙏 Amen and then ..THANK YOU LIFE360!!!!! 🥰💯🙏🌟🏆🎖🥇👑⚔️

If your not paying for it and someone else invited you to join their circle. It doesn't show you jack shit. It's not showing me half of my wife's trips. What good is that ? It happens all the time, not just one day here and there. Bullshit app. Not worth the money.

It’s a shame because it was a good app to start with

Sadly, it was good while it lasted my daughter and I both have autism so we use this app quite a lot so we can keep an eye on where we are but only obviously an emergency. My daughter had a School Taxi today which was a new taxi driver so she was a bit apprehensive and scared to get in the taxi when I said I would try her through the app But unfortunately it’s not updated since yesterday so I don’t even know if she’s got to school or not unless I text her which is obviously not appropriate at school it says I haven’t moved since Sunday when I have been out contact app support which are absolutely useless. I’ve had to submit a ticket which says it can take up to a week to sort out I don’t know what happened. I have read on some of the reviews on the Apple Store that there has been taken over by a different company and it’s been going downhill since then it’s just sad because there’s a good concept for us Because my daughter panics so she doesn’t know where I am and now is completely rendered useless. I can’t imagine if I had to pay for a premium which is nearly £200 a year which I think is a lot of money.

LIFE360 is a SCAM company

LIFE360 is a SCAM company. I signed up for their GOLD service. They set it up with/to the wrong account. If you call the number on your credit card charge it goes to a funky answering machine that says you can not leave a message. If you go to your app or website, there is no way to cancel since they set it up with the wrong account! No way to get a hold of them, no way to cancel.

Helped car accident into the water …

My 16 yr old daughter was involved in a serious car accident into the water. Life 360 immediately called her and said they could dispatch assistance. I was highly impressed with their quick response time. We can’t thank them enough!! Just upgraded to Platinum.

Wacky 360

When I had the free L360, everything worked smoothly. Now that I have premium, I’m facing significant issues. If I’m within a mile of a saved location, I keep getting alerts that I’ve either left or arrived. Just last night, I received a notification claiming I left a restaurant I had actually left 5 hours earlier. Moreover, it inaccurately shows my members in locations they've departed from over 20 minutes ago. This needs to be addressed promptly.
