Brilliant experience

I have loved the last three months working with Jools. I was hesitant at first to invest in the coaching as I knew what I needed to do to lose weight and feel better but I just could never seem to put it into action or actually stick to it.

What I have loved about Jools is her knowledge and sensible approach to all things nutrition. Plus the fact she's a lovely person! There has never been any judgement for slip ups. She totally gets what it's like to be juggling family, work and everything else. All suggestions are realistic and achievable and don't involve cooking separate meals or restricting yourself.

I found the step by step process really straightforward and loved the opportunity to discuss things in further detail and ask lots of questions. For me, the accountability and reviewing of food diaries was invaluable too.

I feel that Jools has given me strategies and tips to eat better and look after myself. Losing weight has almost become incidental.

Highly recommend!

Jools has changed my life.

Jools has changed my life.

I would describe my previous relationship with food as both turbulent and extremely inconsistent. Constantly in conflict between not giving a toss about what I put into my body, to wanting so desperately to be ‘skinny’ and spending all hours God sends in the gym - whilst running on empty!

Taking the leap and getting on board with Jools has quite literally changed my life. From day dot, Jools has been so wonderfully supportive and encouraging. Her knowledge is second to none. This, paired with her sunshine personality and amazingly warm spirit, makes it literally impossible to not to want to get involved.

The knowledge and life skills Jools has taught me is honestly priceless, and something I can now carry with me forever. This is no fad. This is a transformative process which you will not find online, through a gym, or wherever else we seem to get our disingenuous information from these days.

Life & Fork has been the most remarkable investment I’ve ever made. I cannot urge people enough to get involved. It will be the best decision you ever make.

TL;DR - book the consultation, because life's too short too hate the scales

I cannot recommend working with Jools enough. Jools made the changes that needed making, and the journey to get there, manageable, and liveable. She has helped me reset a lifelong damaged relationship with food, and stop fixating on numbers on the scales.

My weight has always yo-yoed, and during Covid (healthcare job and all the pizza) it went another stone up on my previous heaviest. I have fixated on my weight since I was a teenager, losing weight rapidly knowing I would gain it back.

Working with Jools has been, quite literally, transformative. There has been significant weight loss (5st to date), but this has almost become incidental. Thanks to Jools I have made lifestyle changes that mean I am happier and healthier. Because Jools has helped me change my mindset, they also feel sustainable. For me, the biggest win hasn't been losing the weight - it's been keeping it off for the last 9 months,

I've always known "how" to lose weight - calories out vs calories in and all that. But it was never going to work in the long term until I looked at the habits and thought processes around how I eat. Working with Jools I have a lifestyle where I can enjoy my holidays, go for meals or drinks, and not stress about eating the pie - but also where I want to get up and go for a walk each day, (occasionally) choose a vegetable intentionally, and make choices that are better for me because I want to, not because I have to.

TL;DR - invest in yourself and book in with Jools, because life's too short to have your day ruined by the scales.

Life changing experience!

After spending time working and talking with Jools I have an inner calm about things that have troubled me since childhood. I am kinder to myself, I am more comfortable with my body and I’m more aware of what is happening and how I am feeling at any point in the month. I know what is normal for me and I don’t get hijacked in negative thinking patterns anymore!

My weight is no longer the be all and end all and I have finally found a healthier relationship with food and I’m no longer demonising certain foods or starving myself to lose a few pounds…..

It is an investment, but one that is worth making and I’d recommend it wholeheartedly. It’s made a massive difference to how a feel day to day and I know I’ve now got a tool kit that I can keep growing and developing to continue on this journey.

So grateful

Jools is one of the best investments I have made. I think it is so easy to put ourselves to the bottom of our priority lists but if there is one thing I urge you to do today, it is to invest in yourself and book a discovery call with her.
I had such a complicated relationship with food and my body, and if I am honest, I didn’t think it was something I could overcome. I would try ‘diet’ after ‘diet’ (often the same one over and over again) and not understand why I kept ‘falling off the wagon’ and why it wouldn’t work long term.
Jools has given me the ultimate gift of freedom and self-acceptance. She is kind, caring and hugely knowledgeable.
I honestly cannot recommend her enough. She is life changing.

Amazing!

Simply put: Jools helped me feel better.
When I signed up, I was a year into having long-covid, I was jumbled, I was out of control with food and binge eating, I couldn’t move very well and I was very miserable.
She listened, encouraged and gave me the tools and guidance to work my way out of a deep hole.
Before I couldn’t walk far: now I walk up to 40 mins a day. I can now look at photo of me without wanting to cry or hide. Not because I’ve lost weight but because I now see a normal person who’s having fun, who wants to live life!
My relationship with food is loads better. I now know how to nourish my body, properly, with all types of food and to not feel hungry. Best of all I can think clearly and my self esteem is back!
Talking to Jools each week was like therapy with a friend, she helped unpick diet culture that was so engrained in me, and had science backed advice and knowledge to keep me motivated.
I can’t recommend Jools enough - she’s amazing.
