Easy to setup VMs but very bad support, no answer on a support case in one month, sent a new support case today and it got 4 number higher than my previous.

They delete VM if your card is not working and then block your account...

Update: Got contacted by their CMO with a sincerely apology regarding this issue. They got an extra star for that.

I'm not a sysadmin, I'm a founder of a small SaaS business. For 3 years I kept switching providers because they either overcomplicated things or surprised me with charges. What I like here is that I don't have to learn something new every time I log in. It just runs, backups are automatic, billing is simple... it's boring in the best way

Spun up a 3-node k8s cluster in Frankfurt last week. NVMe is legit - postgres containers stayed fast even during parallel data imports + background jobs. We're using it for some CI runners + feature flag service but honestly could push prod here without blinking. The docs could use some love but support filled the gaps quick. Will prob move more stuff over next sprint

We were with a US-based provider, before migrating staging to Lifeincloud over a year ago and have since migrated production too. So far it's been flawless, from performance to support. Congrats!
