Horrible shipping. Order did not arrive in time for Christmas as advertised and took a week to even ship. So disappointed. Holiday is over and family is gone so overpaid for holiday shirts that won’t... See more

Bad customer service
The customer service people tell you what you want to hear and not the truth. I was told the warehouse sent my shirt but could not give me a tracking #. I know for a fact that if it has shipped they would have a tracking #. All I have gotten from these people is lies and they take no responsibility for what is happening. They had the nerve to offer me free next day shipping and 20% off on my next order. Why would I ever order from them again after all of the problems I've had with this order. We will see if I ever receive the shirt I payed for. if not, at least I payed through pay pall so I might have some recourse to get a refund.
This co has zero customer service at…
This co has zero customer service at this point. I was asked to review T-shirt’s I never received. I spoke to a gentleman in the Dominican Republic, who said he’d call with ship info and it would be expedited. Nothing happened (3rd contact). Initially emailed co x2- nothing happened, no response to emails. You’re donating 10% to kids in need but you can’t respond to a loyal customer? You’re a fraudulent co. No refund on cc, no tshirts. That’s a cool way to make money. Are you donating 100% of the money you stole from me to give to needy children? I’m a social worker and do actually help people. You don’t help anyone. Shameful, Monique
I LOVE THIS COMPANY
I LOVE THIS COMPANY! The quality of their products is very good, the sizes are perfect, it is exactly as pictured, and the product arrives on time. The one time it did not, they offered a 20% coupon. I love the creative designs on their clothing and the fact that part of their proceeds go to helping children in need is awesome. Their return policy is great too. Would recommend this company to anyone. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Other companies should model this one.
Very disappointed in Life is Good
I have hit a dead end in trying to hear back from Life is Good. I ordered something from Life is Good and it arrived defective. I contacted the company and they responded right away but since their initial response back to me, I have heard nothing even though I have contacted them with a question on three separate occasions.
Extremely good quality
Extremely good quality, comfortable and durable. Absolutely love this brand!
