I would never use you people again your…
I would never use you people again your overseas call center are the rudest. I had an appointment for installation. Your installer put it in but had problems starting my Genesis gv80. First it would start then it didnt. He had my car 2 days and got it fixed so he said. I got stranded with the car and the handheld unit wouldn't pass ilwhile I was driving (keep in mind i am extremely ill) So you people scheduled me with another installer another location. Joe... he refused to work on my car said that the original installer did it wrong and wont touch it.. he also told me to go buy a Kia they are easy to put in... ARE YOU KIDDING... So the car went went back to the original installer. He threw his hands in the air and said he couldn't work on it anymore he didnt know how to fix it. So he took it out of my car without my permission. Keep in mind I had called livesafer at least 20 times in a week everone i talked to overseas where absolutely rude. The last call was to discuss me getting a refund they billed me for installation and removal.. seriously... i am fighting the charges with my credit card company they refuse to refund anythin. I have now filled a complaint with The Florida DMV and state Attorney Generals office. I even asked for managers to call me back.. im still waiting. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AT ALL. I had to get with another company and buy another car.
THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
