Great trainer and great experience
Great trainer and great experience. My perception of first aid was that it was a lot of theory with less practical. LST turned that around and made it much more about the hands on practical experience. Highly recommend.

Best First Aid course I have ever attended.
I have just renewed my First Aid Qualification with these guys after gaining my certification from them 3 years ago. As a Personal Trainer, these guys are the only provider I would entrust to provide me with essential LIFE SAVING skill.
The coaching is provided in a friendly, informative and engaging way and covers all possible scenarios (because a casualty doesn't always manifest itself in perfect conditions e.g. on flat, comfortable ground in well lit, dry conditions!)
Thank you for the invaluable knowledge and skills you provide guys!
