I love my Willow tub!!!
When I ordered, I was told it would be 5-6 weeks before delivery. It was less than 2. I had a few questions that were answered promptly and thoroughly.
I have never had a hot tub before and the tub I ordered, only had 1 review. I asked about that and they told me it was a new product. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful.

Bad delivery process
The delivery was nothing like agreed. The hot tub was delivered at my house in Vermont which is 5 hours away from where I live currently. I was told I would receive a phone call to schedule a delivery appointment. What happened was two guys showed up in my driveway and dumped the hot tub in the driveway. They did not even come to the door of the house to see if anyone was home. I know this because I caught them on security camera. Also I just called about a question on the installation of the hot tub two days ago. And no one has returned my call

I am sorry for the issue with the delivery...that is definitely not how it is contracted to go. We will be here if there are any issues along the way.
We are here Monday - Saturday (closed on Sunday and major holidays). We also have LiveChat on the website. We do our best to return any missed calls within 1 business day (did you call us or the manufacturer?).

Love our new hot tub!
Love my new hot tub! Delivery was excellent, customer service is excellent! Easy set up and balancing chemicals is way easier than I thought! Best purchase this year! My husband enjoys it after a hard day working outside and I'm a nurse... on my feet all day and it's so nice to relax in the evenings and unwind! The boys love it too... but we have to remind them it's not a pool lol. (The 14 yr old brought his goggles in there 😆) (We set it at 95 for them.) Thank you for an excellent product!

Best spa with the most jets ever!
Great service! So happy w my spa! Even arrived earlier than they estimated. Drivers were careful and I got my spa movers to put it on my deck and hook it up same day! We were in our new spa that nite! Luv all the jets! I researched high n low and no one beat this price w that many jets and amenities! Perfect!

They did, however, change the cover style about a year ago. I hope the cover is doing its job, in spite of any shift in design.

Great hot tub!
The whole process went exactly as advertised, after about 4 weeks of production the hot tub was shipped to us. The only difficulty with the plug and play hot tub we got was the cord length. There are very few options for which direction it can be placed because the cord isn’t very long, I’m sure this is a safety feature but since the manual indicates that the hot tub shouldn’t be close to the outlet it’s difficult to get it the proper distance and a nice rotation with the length of the cord. Luckily ours has worked out and we managed to get the hot tub in a good orientation.

The product is good but the crate damage is horrible. Looks like the shipper rammed the pallet mover thru the middle of the box. I took pictures
