Excellent spa !!!
Worh every penny

I received helpful guidance and assistance from customer support when the last mile delivery of my tub inexplicably did not happen on two occasions. One call from Lifesmart to the delivery company and my tub magically showed up.

Aside, the tub was manufactured and arrived within the time window promised. Nice looking product, appears very well made and works very well. Looking forward to improved life quality thanks to Lifesmart :-)

No delay..good quality cover better than one that came on it..

Got our new LS hot tub about a month ago, and we are thrilled with our purchase. Everything works as advertised. I was really impressed with how quickly our tub was delivered, and the company's communication in keeping me informed. Perhaps it depends on the delivery personnel, but the ones we had unloaded and placed our hot tub for us. We did pay a little for that service, but it was far less than what some other movers were going to charge us.

The first lid a brown nagahide one that came with the sennora hot tub blew off in high winds of the high California desert and tumbled through our desert yard the clips didn’t stay in place very well except for one, it ripped right out of the top and stayed in the clip on the side of the tub . So that was a bummer . Then after living with that for 4 years and sewing it back on the lid . A few months ago we had a rain and hail storm and the old top got pummeled by the hail poc marking it and leaving dents and peeling the nagahide off in spots. So we ended up purchasing the new lid cover for the discontinued hot tub model we own. It’s a bit pricey at well over 700 dollars. But it’s for our guest house / airbnb . So I had to pull the trigger on it. This one is a black fabric cover that fits and I put the new clip holders on but it didn’t come with the little keys for the clip locks ? Maybe they will send me those? It looks great . And after five years of use the hot tub still works very well knock on wood . We change the water out after every weekender guest and clean the filters and add a table spoon full of granulated chlorine to the water while refilling it.

Manufactured hot tub cover in time frame quoted and shipping was fast and cover came in perfect condition and fit hot tube perfectly.

Website is super easy to navigate, my questions were answered quickly and professionally. All the instructions needed for pre-delivery and getting electrical and pad specs were available which was very helpful for this first time tub buyer. Delivery was super smooth. Set up was a little frustrating, but manageable. We have been in the tub every day for the last three weeks and it is wonderful! Very happy,

Excellent and quick delivery. A little too fast. But it was great that they gave us an option to have it delivered when we were truly prepared. Also the delivery personnel were awesome. As far as the tub goes we have only used it about 5 times and it is everything we asked for. We wish the waterfall had a light but that is a small thing. Now we just hope that we have many years of use. Great so far!

Debated where to order our hot tub/spa from, and decided to go direct last minute. So far, I’ve placed the order and asked 3 (probably stupid) questions via chat. Customer service is TOP TIER. They don’t make me feel dumb, just answer the questions and provide additional info I didn’t even ask for. Super kind, informative, and quick. Will update if needed once delivered, but something tells me I won’t have to!

Smooth and straightforward and informative on what to expect

Love the spa! Nice size and features. The lights and little waterfall are a nice touch. Not happy with the location of some of the jets. The lower back seat hits your butt, not your back and the other jets don’t come up high enough to hit your upper back and shoulders unless you scoot all the way down in the seat which is awkward. Maybe we are too tall for it? We would have given 5 stars if the jets were movable rather than stationary.

Your website kept a message on top of my order form. I tried 4-5 times to buy it in the previous two days. Very frusturating
