Great product and extremely fast postage which meant delivery within 3 days to a regional location in the week prior to Christmas. Only issue was two missing parts, however they are happily sending them out now.

This is the second time I have used Lifespan Kids.
The website is easy to use - picking up is a seamless process from the Office Girls to the Forklift Drivers who put the items in your car - all the staff is Customer Orientated - hard to find these days !
You may be able to get things a little bit cheaper on line but the quality and service at Lifespan is outstanding

Hi, the quality of the boat was disappointing, it was a Xmas present for my grandson and the lid broke within an hour, the wood failed where the hinges connect. I think the overall construction needs to be made stronger since it’s for kids.

My grandsons are 3 & 5 Zipline best fun ever, an experience forever and not a throw away toy👍

The item was just sent in its own box. It was beat up because it went by post and had a big difficult to peel post label on the front. It was a Christmas present and while that presentation doesn't ultimately matter, it was an ugly thing to receive. No care was shown.

Short edit to the company's reply. It wasn't Australia Post's fault. They got what they were given, and that was a toy box that wasn't in an outer carton to protect it.

The swing is adjustable for age which made it a good choice for our granddaughter. Delivery went well, good communication and arrived in good time. My son had a little trouble assembling as some holes were not in the right place and some fittings where not correct. But he resolved these and it looks great. Seat is also very sturdy.

We followed the instructions and it was easy to build. The Grankids absolutely love it and will get many many hours of fun. Excellent value too.

The delivery was relatively quick, kids loved it.

Overall very happy with flying fox. Only hiccup was going to the post office to pick up and it wasn’t in any post packaging so my daughter could see what it was (a Christmas present from Santa). My daughter gives it 6 out of 5 stars for fun!

The employee who assisted me when I went to pick up my purchase was very polite and helpful which can be rare these days.

I’m very happy with the quality and the quick delivery of the cubby! I was gifted the cubby, I paid delivery. When it was determined that the cubby ordered would not be in stock and delivered by Christmas lifespan kids replaced it with the white version and gifted me the price difference of around $100. This made my kids Christmas!

Great customer service. They were honest in telling me in might not be ready for Christmas which I was ok with. Other companies would just say yes it would be ready just to get your sale. I did manage to get the Coburg Swing play set before Christmas after all.
It was easy to organise pick up. Staff were friendly.
Product was as is. Was very easy to install with instructions and all timber pieces well marked.
Only negative was some of the large timber pieces were bowed and some smaller pieces were cracked. It did not prevent me from completing installation.
