The customer service Lifestory provides is brilliant. If there are any issues with stock availability or something they want to check before posting they will email the customer. Friendly and attentive staff and I would highly recommend the store for that unusual gift with great quality.

Fantastic customer service
I recently ordered two mugs from Lifestory for my husband's birthday. There was a slight issue with one and what I really appreciated was that Susan contacted me to let me know within 24 hours. She offered me several options and I just really wanted to commend her on the fantastic customer service I received (and the package was delivered within several days!) I would 100% order from this shop again given my experience.
