All information is vital and needed for the course. It is easy to sign up for and go through all of the courses would definitely recommend to anyone whose interested

Lifetime training is very thorough, its very easy to follow. And it's easy to understand. My assessor is great, she is always on hand for any extra help and support when needed.

I feel Lifetime is helping me with the skills I need to progress, help is on hand at every step of the way if needed.

Very supportive, easy to use dashboard, good plan that helps you stick to times. Overall very happy and have learnt a lot so far. Coach Jessica does group sessions and one to ones which is great because it mixes it up and makes it easy to understand. Group sessions are great for learning content

Communication is transparent as can be, always being up to date, when help is needed it’s there, reviews are frequent to my weak and strong points, overall satisfied with everything

I signed up for this course several years ago for personal trainer.
I have had payments coming out of my wages for student loan which was a surprise to me as I had cancelled the course. I had not been sent books to enable me to complete the course which were supposed to be included. Now contacting them I have been told the department is shut and no-one is able to help me AT ALL! Funny how there is still someone able to take the money though!
This company is taking money from me for services that they HAVE NOT provided.
The course itself was £2849 years and years ago. despite all of the payments they have taken from me in the hundreds each time. They are saying I still owe £3147.88
I will be reporting to the FCA and Trading Standards.

My Front Office apprenticeship has been a remarkable journey in my professional growth. The exposure and support from my learning coaches has been effective and shaped me into a more confident and competent Manager.

Its good because you can do it in your own time.

I would definetly recommend Lifetime Training. I was able to work through my Level 2 in Health and Social Care without any issues. The coursework and reading online is very straight forward and clear. My lifetime coach has also been supportive of my progress. I now hope to complete a higher level.

Everyone at lifetime learning are supportive and understanding. I have mental health issues that have and is impacting my ability to do my work but they have and are supporting me and working with me to be able to complete my nvq. I highly recommend this company x

I've done two apprenticeships with Lifetime now. They are really supportive, have invested in their learning platform so it's easy to navigate and use a mixture of learning content with opportunity for your own reflection.

Fantastic support from my coach and customer services, easy to follow apprenticeship , as an older learner I never felt as though I couldn't do it.

They are super friendly and supportive at life time training and always listen to what I have to say and are helping me a lot to achieve my work goals and they are also very understanding and knowledgeable.
