I'm sorry you were not happy with the cost of carriage. These costs are based on the postcode provided at time of order and are very much set by how much our courier company charges us which is clearly quoted before the order is placed. I'm sorry to hear you wished to cancel the order. In order to cancel any orders you just have to call or email and we would always happily cancel/refund an order or work together to come up with another solution.
