My tutor, Angie was really understanding of work pressures and flexible with my learning and deadlines. Easy to talk to and always available.

I have just completed my Level 5. I would thoroughly recommend this training provider. The support has been amazing from my course tutor Angie, always there to offer support and answer any queries I had. The online training days with the tutors were really helpful and I learnt a lot. I feel I have grown immensely as a Team leader in the last 18 months thanks to Learning with Lighthouse.

This course has been amazing. It really pushed me out of my comfort zone and adapted my current skills I have to be a great team leader. I would highly recommend this course to anyone that is thinking of progressing themselves and having that understanding of coaching and actively listening to people. I cannot thank Allison and Lisa enough for their support throughout, they really made the course fun.

I have just completed my level 3 apprenticeship in leadership and management with lighthouse. I can honestly say my whole learning experience from start to finish was brilliant. I have gained knowledge to support me in my leadership role and this has helped to gained the confidence I need to lead my team. The online sessions were informative and interactive. Lots of opportunities to discuss and learn from other students on the apprenticeship during the online sessions. I was supported my personal tutor Sammi Gardiner to take a break from my studies when I needed to and come back to sit my EPA. They understand the commitment and time it takes to complete and there is a lot of support available if needed. I will definitely be looking into doing my level 5 with them in the future. 🤩

My learning experience was a really positive one with Lighthouse. From start to finish the information and support was clear and there for me. The learning materials provided aided my learning journey and the taught tutorials With David Allen were always interesting and insightful, keeping my focus and holding my attention. The support I received from Angela Jessup, Apprenticeship Tutor was never too much trouble, she guided me through every query and gave me helpful, constructive feedback at every point, which enable me to achieve.
The course has flown by and today I have received the news of my results, with an overall grade - Distinction!
All of the above and everything in between has contributed to me giving a 5 star rating to Angela, David and the team at Lighthouse.

I've recently completed the ODM Level 5, and couldn't have wished for a better experience. Lectures were well structured, promoting open and honest conversations to help understand different perspectives throughout the cohort, delivery of the content was exceptional, and any questions raised were answered with ease, showing the wealth of experience that we were able to tap into as learners.
Angie has been brilliant, and supportive in a way that's meant I was able to get the most out of both myself, and the course.
Lighthouse have helped me achieve far more that I ever expected, and I can't thank Angie and her team enough!

I have just completed the Operations Departmental Manager level 5 apprenticeship with Lighthouse. I found the whole programme very structured from start to finish, the portal was very easy to use and learning was done at my own pace. The programme is aimed at achieving a distinction and the tutors (Angie & David) were very accommodating and approachable. Responses to emails were very quick, I felt very supported throughout and would recommend this training provider.

Recently completed the Operations Departmental Manager level 5 apprenticeship with Lighthouse. I found the tutors to be approachable, informed and prepared to be flexible with people juggling competing demands on their time. The experience of learning with the same cohort throughout the course was extremely valuable and rewarding. The course content was well delivered by the trainers who were highly informed and encouraged a high level of participation from the trainees, which worked very well.

I have recently completed the level 5 operational and departmental manager training course with Lighthouse Group, and I must say, the experience has truly been exceptional. The training provided by Lighthouse is not only well structured but also delivered in a remarkably accessible format. The engaging sessions with the tutors have not only been enlightening but have also offered practical and seamless ways to integrate the learning into my professional role.

The tutors are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable and guide you through the whole process with ease . Their accessibility and expertise and guidance have undoubtedly been instrumental in my learning journey.
I am grateful for the invaluable insights and skills that I have learned through this programme, and the benefit and impact of the changes I have been able to implement so far.

It has been 2 decades since I have had to do any structured learning and was unsure of how I would deal with it. The flexibility that Lighthouse and an apprenticeship offer is really excellent. The workshop days are invaluable, being able to ask questions and discuss the topics, and then the e-learning and taskbooks expand on and cement the learning from the workshops.
The learning is aimed at meeting the criteria for a distinction, so you are working at the higher level without even realising it.
The tutors are readily available, knowledgeable and supportive. All things you need to successfully complete your apprenticeship.

Excellent company who provides great learning throughout the duration of the course. Resources available to help you develop and achieve the best results possible.

I recently completed (and passed) a level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship programme with Lighthouse, they were extremely helpful and informative and I would highly recommend them as a training provider. Nothing but good things to say about them.

I recently completed and passed my level 3 business administration apprenticeship with Lighthouse and cannot recommend them enough.
This was my first apprenticeship and the guidance and support they gave throughout was invaluable.

Initially, the amount of information was quite overwhelming and generated a lot of questions, which my tutors answered with patience and accuracy.
A couple of downsides is that the learning portal used isn't particularly intuitive but, once you get used to it, is easy to navigate. The amount of e-learning, in addition to the online workshops with your cohort, could be adjusted as my preference would be to learn more with the tutor and my cohort, but there's a lot to cover in the syllabus so I imagine some e-learning is unavoidable.
In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lighthouse as a training provider, there are some tweaks that could be made to how we learn, but having a supportive and knowledgable tutor far outweighs them.
If you're thinking about it, sign up, you won't regret it and will learn a lot about yourself and your subject.

I very recently completed the Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager course. I learnt a lot which has already helped me in my career. The support and encouragement delivered was quite exceptional and I have to commend the tutors and Angie in particular.

I recently completed the L5 Operations and Departmental Manager Apprenticeship course. Initially, I joined the course just to learn how to manage my time better, but gained so much more than that. Halfway through the course, I gained the tools and confidence from the course to apply for a promotion I was successful for! I am grateful for all the support I received from the team at Lighthouse and especially my tutor Samm Gardiner who was so patient with me!! I would recommend this course for anyone trying to become a better professional and person in their life outside of work! :)

I've recently passed a Level 4 Improvement Practitioner course, which wouldn't have been possible without the support from Samm, who was on hand to run through my presentation (more than once) and offer advice on how to tackle to questions, with guidance on what prep you could undertake. Samm was also able to offer advice on what the assessor is looking for with answers.
My main Trainer Ian was also clearly an expert in the field and the sessions with Ian were very informal and allowed for any questions you had. Thank you both for helping me to add a string to my development bow.
