A good experience
A good, straightforward experience taking out a single trip policy online. Pre existing conditions were not a barrier. Rang the customer service later to make a slight amendment without any problem.

Looking for travel holiday insurance when you have medical issues can be a nightmare had an insurance quote that came in at a ridiculous price just by chance I came across lighthouse insurance and thought I would try them to be honest I thought probably get another ridiculous quote however I got a very good quote the process online was very easy I'm very happy withe the q8and the ease of getting it

Very easy to talk to, and I had a policy issued within 30 minutes. Recently diagnosed with a condition that 2 previous insurers were not prepared to cover me. All information emailed to me.

Proper health cover provider
The application process was straightforward given the complicated nature of our situation. All the correct, sensible questions were asked - unlike many conventional insurance providers and so called health insurance providers like All Clear.
