What is ‘fibre’ vs ‘full fibre’?

Unlike a ‘fibre’ network, which may include slow, old copper wire, we have a ‘full fibre’ broadband network. This means our FTTP/FTTH (fibre to the premises / fibre to the home) network connects our street cabinets directly to your home modem using fibre optic cables all the way. This is why our network is both "hyper reliable and hyperfast".

Fully satisfied with a job done well with very polite installers

From start to finish very good service. The men sho came to fit the new unit were great, cheerful and very tidy. Cleared up and youi wouldn't have known they had been. Looking forward to great internet now. Thank you.

Had to wait 4 days but on the day all…

Had to wait 4 days but on the day all went well. Broadband up and running again for all my gizmos. Very pleasant guy who solved the problem and before leaving he explained what he had done.
Overall a better service than I had with another company that took several weeks and 5 or 6 engineers to resolve.

AAAA* Absolutely amazing

Absolutely amazing treatment from Luke and Ryan. Nothing was too much trouble. They both helped me today with lots of laughs. This is the best Broadband/WiFi company I have ever used. I honestly cannot fault these young men.
