the worst company I have ever come across not come across a lot. The customer service skills are zero they have no empathy no kindness no remorse for the wrong order for no order and the lack of communication. I placed an order for over £50 firstly they sent me the wrong item. It wasn’t even my order when I emailed them. They had no remorse no empathy no apology for me no form of compensation. I chased them for my refund. I’ll send them 5 emails a day and they completely ignore me. I have seen other people have had bad experiences with them. Please avoid this company. These ladies are a fraud and a fake. They come across nice but they have no charisma. No personality when you watch their lives on TikTok they don’t even reply to you on TikTok so be aware of that because then TikTok can’t man that be aware of this company please do not order from them. They will ignore you on TikTok and ask you to email them on an email address outside of TikTok then you are not covered when your order they send you a box with a random item but not your order so it shows that the delivery has been made so that they don’t have to refund you. The delivery tracking shows that it has been delivered, but what’s inside the box is not your items please be aware they’re very very sneaky. They know what they’re doing and then they will ignore you.

Great selection of products on an easy to use app, fast delivery and customised touches in order makes the entire experience even better! Will be using them going forward for my skincare needs ❤️

I’ve followed LikeSkin’s journey on instagram for a while but I’ve only recently placed my first order. The website is easy to use, they have a huge range of k-beauty including cult favourites and trending products and they also have a loyalty program! Free delivery, the packing was not wasteful and it included a personalised thank you card and free samples. I don’t know what took me so long to place an order, LikeSkin will now be my go to!

The first time I came across LIKESKIN was in 2022 at their pop up in London. I decided to give them a try again since I ran out of out all my Korean skincare. I will forever be sticking with them. The package arrived super fast within 3-4 days, the packaging was super cute and I also got some tester freebies. The postcard they gave is also super adorable. I have another parcel coming soon I can’t wait to receive it! I love their aesthetics

They also ship to the UK pretty fast (not like other Korean websites that may take weeks).

I’ve used LIKESKIN multiple times for buying my K-Beauty products. They have such a wide range of Korean skincare, amazing customer service, quick shipping, and always leave freebies and cute thank you cards with pretty designs (lowkey collecting them hahah)

Would highly recommend, especially after finding out main UK drugstores (Boots etc) distribute well known K-Beauty products that hold different ingredients than the original.

(Also their instagram is amazing for showing what all the products are used for- chefs kiss!!) Thank you! ✨

Likeskin has maintained good quality service for as long as I've known about the business. They stock a wide range of products, so I can always find what I am looking for. The delivery was on time despite it being a bank holiday. They are also super responsive on messages. 10/10 recommend!

Tried ordering for the first time when it was Mother's day sale. Good prices and quick delivery. Royal Mail did not update when it was delivered, so there was a slight delay on actually getting the parcel though. Otherwise all good!

I have purchased from Like Skin on two occasions now and both times have been great. I find both the website and app easy to use and navigate with a good range of products available. On both occasions my purchased items have been dispatched and delivered on time with no issues. I will definitely buy again from Like Skin in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others!

Fantastic range of products available, at very reasonable price points, making Korean / Asian skincare much more accessible. I ordered 7 products yesterday (order no 102649) and my order arrived today. Well packaged and came with the lovely touch of samples and a personalised thank you card.
This will be my go to for my skincare from now on.
