Have ordered about 3 packages from Likeskin now. Parcel came via Royal Mail, each package was shipped within a good time frame after ordering, and nothing was damaged or missing due to negligence from how the company packaged it (unlike my most recent order from a health & beauty brand found in every UK town). Really lovely parcel, I’ve never had to talk to them before in terms of customer complaints so I can’t comment there, but I’ve never had any issues so I’ve never needed to!! Love the free samples (the last lot were really good), will happily be ordering from here again for decent skincare.

Received my second order from Likeskin now and I just had to review and say how amazing everything is. From the ease of navigating their website, the products on offer, the deals and most importantly the customer service! The girls are so helpful with product recommendations and super knowledgeable on the ingredients etc. It's so refreshing, especially when youre new to K beauty and trying to navigate what works vs what has the most hype!

I really enjoy using LIKESKIN. Maybe a little obsessed with it. Its a lovely little app/company. Love the design and colours used on the app. Very easy to navigate, I enjoy the wishlist application because you can save products in separate wishlist categories you make. I love the description under every product which is really helpful. Their delivery service is 100%. Very prompt and accurate with tracking too. However sadly a few items are out of stock since I've been using LIKESKIN (Sept, 2024) and yet haven't seen a restock of them. Maybe I'm just impatient lol. I have also tested and checked the app on both an iPhone and a Samsung, unfortunately the reviews aren't able to open on a Samsung but on an iPhone you are able to click and create reviews under any product. Being a Samsung user myself, I would like this to be solved as I would like to read other customer reviews and leave my own reviews using my own phone. Not sure if this happens to other Samsung users but for me it does. Lastly this doesn't stop me from scrolling and using LIKESKIN. Will continue to use and purchase. Thank you to the creators of LIKESKIN and keep up the good work. 🥰

My parcel got returned and I emailed as I payed for it and I emailed but no answer for it still. I need my parcel back or my money back

I've wanted to get into kbeauty but honestly didn't even know where to start, where to order from or which the best brands are. But the stars alligned one night, and Likeskin found me. So many brands in one lovely app and I've never been more grateful. My order came insanely quick (ordered monday evening, arrived Wednesday morning), their app is super easy to use, and honestly so happy with the products and the cute extra samples they added. Side note- I really appreciate the tiktok vids they do for beginner kbeauty users, it really helped me out a lot in finding products that work for my skin type. Have already recommended to anyone who'll listen and will be buying for as long as the girlies are still selling. 10000/10. Gold star.
