Love this shop, bought nice Easter surprise for my favourite puppy.

We love this store! Such a huge range of the best, safe & healthy treats for our dogs and the loveliest customer service. The level of time, effort and love they pour into this store is so evident ❤️ All priced so reasonably too. Highly recommend :)

Lisa is very knowledgeable about her products and helped us choose the right size harness for our dog, she even made sure it was adjusted correctly. The shop atmosphere is lovely and my dog loves coming in for some fussy time and leaving with some wonderful dog cookies or natural chews

Excellent range of products. In house products such as harnesses and collars are of a fantastic quality and always the best service!! If Lisa doesn’t stock it she’ll always do her best to get it for you! And there is always a friendly welcome!

If you want natural well priced food and treats for your dog, great toys, some very fetching harnesses, leads and collars and coats and fleeces this is the place for you. Lisa is very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble, if she doesn't have it she'll try and get it for you. My two dogs love the treats from there and Ted loves a visit!

Dropped into Lili & Mila’s Empawrium in Hull yesterday to take our Cockapoo, Lottie, to see Santa… and honestly, it was brilliant. The whole place feels like someone took the idea of a pet shop, sprinkled some Christmas magic on it, and dialled up the charm.

The team were fantastic, warm, friendly, and clearly obsessed with dogs in the best possible way. Lottie was treated like absolute royalty. Santa himself was a class act too… patient, funny, and somehow managed to get Lottie looking straight at the camera

The shop is packed with great toys, treats, and all the little extras you didn’t know your dog needed until you walked in. It’s one of those places where you pop in “just for Santa” and walk out with a bag full of goodies because everything is too good to ignore.

If you’re in Hull and you’ve got a four-legged family member, get yourself down there. The visit to Santa was worth it alone but the whole experience made it feel like a proper festive outing.

Couldn’t recommend it enough. Lottie gives it five paws out of five.

Love this pet shop, it literally has everything you could think of with the lovley owners expertise. My dogs go crazy for the treats! If i cant pop in person, online orders are packed beautifully and sent swiftly

Good product my dogs have a sensitive stomach but these bones made with lamb heart etc suit them so pleased... didn't receive them personalised though even though I filled in the details took a while to deliver and at a cost of nearly 5 pounds which is excessive for the size and weight I won't be ordering again sadly 😞

I don't often get into Old Town so I haven't had the pleasure of visiting Lili + Mila's Empawrium in person yet, but I had an excellent experience ordering via the website. The shop carries a brilliant range of high-quality pet products, and the service I received was second to none - Lisa e-mailed me on the same day I placed my order to arrange delivery and even managed to drop it off that night. I can't recommend Lili + Mila highly enough and will definitely be back in future! :)

Easy to order and such lovely things to choose from. Ziggy looks very smart in his new collar and bow tie.

Dogs loved the selection box! Will definitely buy again from here. Good to know I’m giving the hounds a treat with no nasties in it.
