Cannot recommend these products enough! Over the past year I've had the candles, the lash and brown serum and more recently the lip oil, some moisturiser and soap. The products are second to none, they're conscious and there's no nasties like most other similar products. The service is always fantastic and both Maddie and her mum are always so helpful and accommodating - thank you 💛

Absolutely amazing products!
The body bars smell delicious 🤤 & are a lot bigger than I was expecting which makes them even more worth the price. I love that they don't make my skin greasy either
The tangerine lip oil is has super cute packaging & smells absolutely amazing, it's now my go to lip oil!
The Calm Balm has really helped with my acne & I love that it is so light on my skin & doesn't leave me feeling greasy. I love that you don't have to use a lot to do your entire face & the rub your fingers together to activate is such a cool way to do it
Overall, lilith natural beauty has become my favourite brand for skin care & is always my go to, you should definitely check them out!

Lip oil
This lip oil is good.
If you apply it over a lip balm it lasts longer. On its own you'll need to apply it more often.
Easy to carry, easy to apply, non sticky.
It's natural which is brilliant.
It gives a nice shine.

Love this product!
I have suffered with sore, dry and tight skin since going through the menopause but the Calm balm is a life changer!! My skin is soft and has its moisture back with no discomfort!

Amazing products! I have the cocoa and peppermint foot cream, the orange and coffee body scrub, the coffee exfoliating soap, the grapefruit face soap bar, the grapefruit face moisturiser, the orange lip oil…. Such gorgeous products
I bought some of the geranium and rose moisturiser at a market and loved it so much I bought the larger jar and some more as a gift along with a lip oil, I love the texture and how amazing my skin looks after using it.

Beautiful products and lovely packaging! The tangerine lip oil glides on without leaking loads onto your lips, the fragrance isn’t to in your face either so it feels really fresh no artificial orange going on!

As a start-up independent business, our customer care is a focus, and we are always working to our fullest potential to both create beautiful products and packaging and to build a beautiful community. Both of us are really disappointed that you have declined to answer our request for further information via Trustpilot, about exactly what you had problems with; your quick write up is not at all clear and has given us nothing helpful to investigate, or guidance on what to improve upon!
The only packaging which could be loose, would be the soap sleeves and as all of our products are handmade and soaps are handcut, there will be inevitable and unavoidable changes in shape and fit. The shape of the soaps may change due to silicone moulds, and it is unrealistic for us to change the dimensions of our soap sleeves with every single new bar of soap!
As to your comment that it is of low quality, you have not told us what you feel is low quality; is it a product and if so, which one? or the packaging? If your complaint is about any of our products, we 100% stand behind their amazing quality, benefits, smells, colours and integrity. We love all of our products and believe that anyone would be hard pressed to find anything which comes close to their wonderfulness! We put all our love, passion, integrity and enthusiasm into Lilith Natural Beauty which is why we have so many loyal customers and fantastic reviews.
If your complaint refers to the soap sleeve, we do apologise that you found it to be an issue, but we are confident that once you actually use the soap, you will fall in love with it, and the soap sleeve will be long forgotten as you will have thrown it away anyway!
We are always open to receive honest, fair and complete feedback, including where we have fallen short and how to improve in the future. Sadly, we feel that your speedy and unclear criticism is both unfair and unkind; remember that we are real humans, working incredibly hard to create a livelihood.
Please be aware that leaving 1-star reviews with unclear criticism and with no opportunity to discuss things further, can be damaging to small businesses. Had you contacted us privately we would have been able to properly rectify the situation and act accordingly on your feedback.
