Wow, really would have wished I had read these reviews first. The bag they sent me was awful. It was supposed to be hot pink, but it was this awful, ugly ugly orange pink. When I was on their site, I had a question about the bag I wanted becuase the pictures didn't show everything. The bot I asked showed me what I wanted to see, so I ordered the bag. It is NOT what the bot showed me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!
The bag I ordered was not the bad that arrived. The bag that arrived was used, dirty and smelled of smoke. It was nothing like the new bag I purchased. When contacted the store was unwilling to engage with me so I ended up going through PayPal to get a refund.
I wish I saw these reviews before I purchased an almost $200 backpack. They’re scammers, their reviews on their website are all 4-5 stars. They first sent me the wrong backpack. After 3 emails they finally responded and were very short and dismissive. They clearly need to be trained on customer service. Also, the backpack is so bulky and heavy. If you want back pain then go ahead and order. I personally will never order from here ever again and wish I could leave this review on their actual website so other people don’t get scammed.
PLEASE DON'T BUY from Lilybloomstore! A recent crossbody I purchased arrived with a DEFECTIVE buckle strap; the strap couldn't be used. Seller refused to refund the full amount, offering instead a refund of $17 (for a $68 defective bag!). I threatened to write reviews of their low-quality items and customer service, and so they offered to send me a replacement. The replacement arrived with not one but TWO DEFECTIVE BUCKLES! Therefore, I absolutely cannot use the straps! Waste of $68.00 for an UNUSABLE, DEFECTIVE BAG. I'd stay far away from this store.
Fraudulent company, not based in US. They pretend to be US-based, but they are in China. They charge outrageous amounts for shipping, then change the arrival date every time you ask for a shipping update. Once the items arrive, it's clear that they're not what is pictured on the website. They are cheaply made. If you want to return their garbage products, they charge you--and you don't get your original shipping charges back.
